I’ve been to other Panera Bread locations and they can’t seem to get orders correctly . I ordered a sandwich and it took 20 minutes. My sandwich was already ready and staff didn’t call my name. I also asked for no cheese and they managed to still have a few pieces in it. The bread was stale. The lettuce was old. I didn’t bother taking it back considering it took a while to get orders prepared. The first time I ordered from them I ordered from a deliver app for a large party and they forgot an order. Customers wait a while for their order—please ensure staff double checks orders before sending them out.
I drove all the way from the bx to this place just because I was craving the cinnamon bagel with egg and cheese and it was delicious. I went from breakfast and staff is nice and fast. I didn’t like that much the atmosphere since it didn’t look like a calm place to have breakfast, in my opinion. It looks more like good to go food. Thank you anyways.
I like coming to Panera. One of my favorite places to eat. Maria was so kind and patient. She greets everyone with a smile and is an example of good customer service.
Great location! Definitely food preparers should double check orders. We we're dinning in and it took very long. Had to remind the food preparer of what we added extra to the sandwich.
This place is alright to eat at, the staff was helpful but the only thing was, the cashier was so mad and mulled "god I hate everyone in here" and honestly I don't blame her but I don't get why she had to say it near a costumer. But anyway, the food was good and the staff who brought over the food was nothing but friendly, props to him.
It’s Panera, but this one stood out to me because I herd the manager tell someone make your food and go on break because they can handle that and that’s the type of managing I don’t often see 🥹 chicken soup not one of my favorites but the bistro French onion soup!?!😳😮💨
Usually go here with my bf and foods always good. He tried the pizza and it wasn't as great as they say it is. But otherwise my chicken fingers half and half with creamy tomato or cheddar broccoli soup is always great.
The service is nice. Lines do tend to be long, but overall they do a steady job getting all the orders lined up and delivered to the right place. The food is good as well!
