Have been going to the new location on central park ave since it open. The food is great. The staff and owner are some great people, always felt welcomed here. The salsalito Turkey with pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and mayo on a wedge is amazing. Quality coffee here also. Almost forgot about the fresh muffins they are to die for. Wouldn’t go to any other deli in the area.

I've gone to their 1st location for years going back to the 1970s. It's a decent deli, nothing special. They have now relocated on Central Avenue. It's not that easy to get to, but they do have parking. It's a much larger place. The food selection is good. You can actually sit down and enjoy a breakfast or lunch. The coffee's good. The portions are fair. Good sandwiches and hot foods. This deli is clean and we hope it remains that way. Good luck here. Get ready to spend, it is fair priced! Good value.

Went to La Stella last week for the first time since they re opened and the place looks outstanding. So clean, modern, and new. I got the Mickey Mantle and it was delicious. Cheese was melted, bread toasted and brought to me at my table. They have different types of coffee from cold brews to cappuccinos and even a case full of juniors cheesecake. I would defiantly recommend La Stella to anyone and is a must stop if your on central avenue.

Went to this deli this morning. I was greeted by the owner of the business he stated that he is going to extend the hours of operation until 8pm. I had an Egg & Cheese on a roll and also had a Chicken cutlet sandwich on a roll. I have to say the location is much better and now he can be seen on central avenue. I wish him the best of luck in his new location.

I love LaStella! The people that work there are super friendly and the food is delicious. They're my favorite place to get deli sandwiches or breakfast food in the neighborhood and also have delicious coffee...especially the iced coffee. With so many chain places, it's nice to know a local, independent place like this can still exist. You're always greeted with a smile, they make the food fast, and the order is always correct. Congrats to them on the new place too!

The new La Stella Deli & Cafe is open and it's great. What a selection of food. I recommend the italian combo wedge but everything looks great and when you are done try one of their amazing deserts. I dare you.
