The Souvlaki Truck

This was my first time ordering food. I ordered chicken on a stick and brussel sprouts. And it did not disappoint what so ever. The brussel sprouts was so nice and crunchy. It was also sweet and had what I believe is feta cheese on side. The chicken was nicely marinated. My meal came with a side of what I believe to be nan. It was delicious.

Love the Brussels. Fast convenient service and usually accurate orders. However, I placed an online order on 4/7/18, but the wings weren't available so I was told I would receive a refund (paid with my credit card) but I did not, so I sent an email 3 days later, no response. Then, I placed another large order on 4/14, b/c on Saturdays at work, I recommend and my coworkers order too. This time, over the phone, informed the gentleman that I was not refunded last week, he said "it would be taken care of", which I assumed it would just be deducted off my order, but it wasn't. As of today, still no refund, so I'm disappointed. Conclusion, I will not be ordering from here anymore, not due to the amount of money, just the principle of "customer service", especially for a frequent customer. P.S. Almost forgot to mention, I received a 10% off coupon for my next order, not sure if this was their idea of a refund. But in reality, I'd have to spend $70+ for a 3rd time to get my $7 off, doesnt quite even out, just saying.

Far from the best. Food is overrated, overpaid 7 bucks for a gyro with fries in it? That is what a Shawarma is suppose to have in it. Asked for my onions to be fried and they said that is a dollar more. Asked for hot sauce on the side, lady said it is in there already until I finally asked again that I like mine extra spicy, she finally gave a container with very little hot sauce in it. Hardly had any Tzatziki sauce, tomatoes, or onions too. Also didn't give up any napkins. Don't waste your taste buds here, sucks.
