Subway

Can't believe they hired a girl with nails that long and allowed her to work a food service line. Did not see a lot of hand washing going on but definitely saw those long fingernails break through the plastic gloves and into the slices of cheese she was trying to separate. Had a co-worker buying me the food but let's just say I didn't eat much of it... Good thing there's a Port of subs across the street that understands food safety and hygiene.

Normally we have a great experience in this subway, however lately it’s been poor. Anytime one of the workers “friends” comes in they instantly stop listening to you about how you want your sandwich and only care about their friend. I asked multiple times for something (sandwich being toasted, Buffalo sauce added to the chicken, etc) and was ignored. Highly unsatisfied.

Good story...I come through town roughly 8 to 10 times a year. Usually stop a block over at Round Table. 6 months ago the service was awful. Tried again on this visit and also not good. So, I left and drove here to your location. The service was very good and the sandwich I was served was extremely well made and quite tasty! New customer for life, every 6 weeks or so! In the future, the closest I get to Round Table will be passing it to get to your place! Thanks! Please feel free to print this and send them a copy! Bitter guy in Grass Valley, CA lol!

Love the sandwiches! They are often out of meatballs and they only have soup in the winter. I wish they had soup year round, they have the best cheesy broccoli soup, they are almost always out of soup when we go. They never seen to estimate the amount of meatballs they need as my family goes in on Sundays for the meatball special and they are out or only enough for one sandwich. But they have Awesome food and is well worth going too.
