Round Table Pizza

I called and ordered for delivery. An hour and a half goes by so I call to check on it and their delivery driver had come in late. I wouldn't have been upset if someone had called to let me know; I would have just gone to pick it up. But lack of communication and food sitting in a warmer for who knows how long = frustration and cold yet dry, pizza. This place is too expensive for the service offered. Side note: The food used to be better. Idk what happened.

So last time I ordered it took 3 hours to deliver, this time they didn't being the ranch dressing. I'm done with them....I just tried again, 2 hours and it was cold. They have NEVER EVER EVER got my order right. And if you expect toppings? You better order double everything because you'll end up with 3 pieces of pepperoni. I can't believe how terrible this place is. Oh how I'd love a pizza factory here. Anyplace actually

Tonight we ordered yet again because unfortunately they are the only place that delivers pizza, we have been here over 1 year and it is truly a 50/50 shot if you get your pizza delivered correctly, half the time we do not, but we eat it. Tonight again our request for toppings were explicitly incorrect, the individual Mike at the counter said he would take care of it and send another order out, we wait an additional hour and the pizza comes delivered incorrectly again for the second time in a row tonight! When I called back Mike started to become increasingly irritable and even yelling at me that I was wrong instead of being quiet and listening, instead the response was sorry it's not our fault, and they hung up on me. So now I have paid $50 for two incorrect pizzas, hung up on and I don't have anything to eat after 2+ hours of waiting. This place is a joke and the most disrespectful establishment in this town. Edit: Owner was very understanding and even though he was not directly involved he understands how his employees reflect on his business. I thank the owner for making things right.
