I love Waffle House and have been to more than I can count or remember, all over the southeast! However, I will never forget this one! Food was great…BUT, the service and hospitality???!!! Wow!!!! And best of all, we got a meal AND a show! Those employees can SING!!! I was sad to leave! I’ve never left a review for a restaurant, that is how all around impressed I was!!! I will DEF stop there next time I am in that area!!!
We LOVED the experience we had at this Waffle House. Not only was the food excellent (the grits were amazing and we found out the secret ingredient was "love" :) but the service was exceptional and the "show" was a real treat! :) We were traveling with friends from Australia who were thrilled by the experience. Shout out to the entire crew there! Thanks for making it such a memorable experience!
Staying at best western across the street on the way home to Canada after a family vacation. I had the all star special and took it to go. Jeremiah greeted me when I came in and took my order quickly and was very polite. Did not catch the name of the two cooks on the grill but they were very fast as the place was packed. Made sure I had all condiments and whatever I needed to go along with the food. All were very courteous. Got back to room and food was excellent at a fair price. Would definitely recommend this location if you are passing through the area.
First time to Waffle House ever, was thoroughly impressed. Food was simple but perfectly made, and delicious! Our server KC was humble and fabulous at the same time. Prices were reasonable and everything was clean. Recommended!!!
This waffle house was a mess, but we did come at shift change, but the food was great and all employees were working hard. The food was good and the kitchen area was clean, but the tables weren’t: the cook had to clear out table. The manager was friendly as well.
Food was fast and fresh, our server Ms Stacie with 2nd shift was great . Felt like home here in Point South
Nice little waffle house, the staff could've interacted more. Someone passed out in the restaurant and a customer and a staff member rushed to help him and get him a cold rag which warmed my heart to see. I hope the guy is okay, it is hot outside.
