Went to the drive-thru at 2 a.m. in the morning order 20 piece chicken nuggets caramel macchiato girlfriend said it was delicious 😋 the woman with the red fingernails in drive-thru she was very nice to us be patient it's the only place in town open 24 hours

The last time we went there, we stood at the counter for several minutes while the girl working the counter was busy. She finally looked over at us for the second time and told us to order on the kiosk. I told her we prefer to order at the counter. She walked away and wouldn't take our order. There were about 5 other people in the restaurant, and we were the only people waiting to order. We left and needless to say we won't go there again. Laredo in Naches has excellent burgers and friendly service. We're happy to make the drive there for excellent food and service.

Forgot to give me my extra buy get one for a dollar burger, so I called them and told them. They asked me to come back but I didn't have time. 3 days later I stopped in and the manager gave me my burger without any hassle. I really appreciated the service.

Very friendly and fast. But although they design the place like a coffee shop where you can hang out for a few hours, they also have 10+ stickers all over the place limiting your stay to 30 minutes while eating food. Not the expectation you have at a typical McDonald's. 5 star service, 1 star rules.

Went through the drive thru. As usual, they forgot part of my order. I realized it only when I got home (I should have checked before I left). I went back, and they did give me the items I was short without arguing, plus i got an apology. But this location is notorious for messing up orders and forgetting things.

Great value for an average burger. I've noticed a distinct increase in quality of Mcdonalds. This joint has a CEO that is worth his mcdoubles if you know what I mean. Those deals on the 2 for 5 or 6 I can't remember on the quarter pounders and the big macs are very good.

Convenient location, friendly service and usually reliable. There was a period of a month or so where this location was pretty understaffed, but they're up and swinging now

One of the worst places in yakima to eat! they mess up the orders all the time. very rude people, unwilling to fix orders when they mess up. Its disgusting behind the counters most of the time not fresh trys. And when you ask for fresh frys they just through it back in the grease and call them fresh. The milkshakes are made of powder so that's not even real. Which there milkshake machine is supposed to be cleaned every day it's not when they say its broke down it's due to being dirty. This place is very disgusting
