10/04/2021 (2 Stars) I normally eat at this brand (location) 3, maybe 4, times a year. Normally my visits are 4+, but today I think it was just a bad day all around. To start, the phone app would not work. The person taking my order (I think -HOPE- he was new) could not get the rewards I had earned to ring up. The manager could not get it to work either, so he took care of me by overriding the system so I got my free item. The problem is, my free frosty got changed from chocolate to vanilla, while he solved the reward issue. Today I decided to try the New/Promotional burger they were featuring - Big Bacon Cheddar. It tasted off to me. Maybe it was the un-melted cheese crumbles, or the Cheddar bun. I'm not sure, but I will not get that one again. I will return, but get my normal items.

Drive-thru not too bad The lady that took our order was patient in helping me figure out what drink I can have because of diabetes the guy that took our payment he was very nice respectful and couldn't hear him very well cuz his mask but other than that very enjoyable and then it looked like it was the manager that handle us our food was very nice to us. I order number nine it was very good and juicy and good one. medium fry look normal the second one was all little fries that was a little challenging for me but it was all good and so was the Frosty we enjoyed it. About $30 for two people Thank you for your time Wendy's

Usually I love going here for the breakfast menu until today! They changed my mind however I no longer love their honey butter chicken biscuit, especially since the hot ones came out. Be sure to specify you don't want the hot one ...in which I did, but that what I got. I can't have spicy food because of health conditions, biting into it was very upsetting what was even worse was my 2 year old granddaughter ate one and couldn't get past the first but! Won't be going back!
