Subway

What is the point of having mobile orders available IF YOU ARE NOT GONNA START THEM TILL AFTER THE CUSTOMER COMES IN...... I could have literally just came in and gave my order in person and have had my food sooner, cause thats literally what someone who came in AFTER me did there was 1 customer in the store, while the employees were in the back giggling around. To top it off they couldn't even get the order rite. Maybe they need better training or coworkers that are gonna be flirting around with eachother.

I gave this location 3 stars because I love the manager and the guy that works there. HOWEVER. There is one snooty bratty girl who acts like she hates her job, smashes my bread every time, and just plain has a bad attitude, she makes me feel like I shouldn't even ask for my sandwich how I want it because its SUCH an inconvenience to her. I literally drive past and have decided not to eat there at times just to avoid her. I will change my review once shes reprimanded. She is bad for business.

Second visit this week that makes me write this review. The first thing they told us that they only had wraps and flat bread as the sandwiches got burned in the morning. We decided to stay anyway, but probably due to the burned sandwiches the young lady who served us had a bad attitude. Will try out other Subway next time.

My favorite subway in yakima I eat 3 times out of the week at this location. Afther what happen I will no longer be going!!! The young lady makeing my sandwich had a bad attitude, using profanity because she did not want to make sandwiches when customers came in. Sandwich was sloppy and she was very rude and inpatient with the elderly lady next to me.

THE WORST SUBWAY IN TOWN. The service was unbelievably slow. Two people left that were behind me in line. There was only one person making subs. The way the sandwiches were made were sloppy and messy. The person making the food never changed their gloves the whole time I was in there. They were handeling money(which we all know is never clean) and touching the computer screens and getting food out from the back. Just poor service over all and subway needs to do something about this place. I like subway because of the food and because it’s close to work but after that experience I’d almost rather go somewhere else.
