Denny's

6/11/2022 3pm. Arrived, very few customers. The waiters were too busy talking amongst themselves to see us standing waiting to be sat. Finally someone strolled over and sat us down. The couple in the back of us in line got attended to first and ordered before us. Finally I had to get up and interrupt their little sit down (the waiters) and ask for help. Food was lukewarm but edible. We had to ask for a refill and was asked "refill for...??" Definitely needs improvement.

Absolutely worst customer service I’ve ever had, It took them 5-7 mins to sit us down when there was no wait list and plenty of seating. Majority of their tables were still filled with peoples dirty dishes. Our food took 30-45 mins to get to us half of my food wasn’t hot whatsoever. Our waitress was too busy talking and laughing with her coworkers instead of checking on her tables she also forgot my stepdaughter’s fruit and lied that someone else plated our food when I sat there and could see her she was talking to her coworkers. If I could give no stars I definitely would. WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!!!

Was seated quickly but than sat for more than 15 while everyone around us was helped, we were not acknowledged in any way or offered any beverages, we walked out when another costumer was offered coffee upon being seated , we will be Shari costumers from this point forward as we travel though from Seattle

Today was not such a great experience. Whether it's due to poor scheduling by the manager or lack of staff availability (I did see that they are hiring) there was only one person working the entire floor AND training a new person. Being seated took longer than it should. I will commend my waitress with prompt service once seated though. The main issue came when it came to the wait time for the food. I was on my lunch and was only on a limited time. While the restaurant wasn't overly crowded for a Wednesday lunch crowd, the food took an inordinate amount of time to be prepared. Ultimately the food was delivered with only a few minutes left for me to shovel it down my throat. I will say though, the food was good and met my expectations. My main and only issue was with the timeliness of the overall affair.
