Best fried cheese curds in town. Sorry I was so excited to get them I forgot to take a picture before eating about 1/3 of them. The bad thing about this location is that if you go through the drivethru and they ask you to go park because it's going to take a few minutes you have to make a left on the street again then reenter the parking lot. This is a busy street and can be difficult. But that's only if you aren't going to follow the signs at the end of the drive thru that say right turn only. It you follow the rules it's very time consuming and difficult to get back to the parking lot.

Sign in the lobby said, "no receipt? You get your meal free". They told me they could not HELP me when I got no receipt...cuz their was no manager. They are lame when it comes to service, accuracy of the order and poor cleanliness. The food is bad, service is sloppy, and window servers are poor at customer satisfaction.

A&w is here so if you order large fries you're going to get the biggest large fries you've ever got. I order popcorn chicken large fries and a drink I was done with the chicken before I was done with the fries exhausted eating the fries but it was good Fries Oh and a medium drink looks like a small then what we are used to so order a large

I am Very disappointed with this restaurant. They had no chicken when I got there said 13 minutes I waited over 20 minutes and then finally had to go in the counter girl gave me attitude......then had to wait longer to get my jug of soda. They did not include the plates and utensils I asked for and no butter or honey for the biscuits that I asked for. Very disheartening

Ordered at 8:46pm, ended up being told to pull to the front, noticed the guy in the parking spot next to me was waiting for an order as well. The girl who brought the food out to the guy had to be sent back inside for something, the guy ended up taking a couple minutes looking through his bag when he probably noticed there was no food because he went to go inside where two female workers met him at the door with drinks but he talked to them about something wrong with the bag they handed him earlier. The workers went back inside and the guy went back into his car but was still waiting and looked frustrated. The worker bringing out the food was very nice but she went up to his car with a bag and asked if it was his, it wasn’t so she asked if it was ours and, it wasn’t. She went back inside for a couple minutes and came back out with what he ordered. She went back inside for a couple minutes again, and when she came back out she had our food and a medium drink when we ordered two small drinks. I let her know we didn’t have that drink and corrected her. I asked for utensils at the window but didn’t receive them so I had to ask for them again when she came out with our drinks a couple minutes later. We also barely got any of our sauces we asked for at the window. When we got home, we noticed our sandwich we asked to be plain, wasn’t and the mini corn dogs were caked in grease in the box, looked like they’ve been sitting in the box for. a minute. The girl was very nice who took our order and brought it out but they definitely need to work on speed and communication.

9:40pm , 20min before closing this KFC had the worst customer service I asked for a Nashville hot chicken tenders and they told me they are currently out of chicken tenders 😂, so I decided just to order 2 famous bowls and the popcorn chicken was Literally a chicken tender ripped up into smaller pieces not to mention the food was cold! Apparently they cared more about taking shortcuts than to make an easy order. Don’t bother wasting your money for low quality KFC food/service in the union gap area .
