Bruchi's Cheesesteaks And Subs

If it were possible to post a single point of one star, I would do it. This was the worst sub sandwich I've ever had. Kmart's subs in the late 70s-early 80s were better. My son and I both ordered 12 inch hawaiian. Halfway through his sandwich, he finally found a piece of pineapple - just one. Mine had 4. What little bit of ham I could taste was sour tasting. Both of us could taste mostly onion. The bread was stale, pretty much like the french fries, which is odd since they were cooked right in front of us. My husband said everything sucked, including the fry sauce. I don't recommend this restaurant to anybody. It's terrible.

Pictured is the cheesesteak supreme. In all honesty I have been looking for a decent sandwich like this and never found one. Until I stopped in at Bruchi's. Quick, easy and friendly customer service. A good place to stop in an sit down or pick up order. Will definitely be coming back to this place for more sandwich choices!

This review is purely on customer service I think that the food is great. When I arrived today the staff didn’t even acknowledge that I got there along with the 3 other people who came in after me. I waited for 10mins and I didn’t get to place a order so I just left because to be honest I felt disrespected.

Fast, friendly, and delicious. Wife and I wanted philly steaks, she got the 12" Steak Bacon Cheddar cheesesteak, and I got the 12" Pepper Steak Cheesesteak. They were ready within a couple minutes of us placing our order. They were so filling and good we saved half of each to be our dinner too. Can't wait to come back and try their other cheesestakes.

Service at this Bruchi's was miserable, and woefully inadequate. We arrived with only one person in line ahead of us. No one greeted us or even spoke to us to attempt to take our order. After a few minutes someone finally came to take the order. As we waited for our order other customes came in and where greeted their orders taken in a timely manner, and were completed before our order was. No one was even said hello or sorry for the wait or even anything other than the total cost of the order. The food was somewhat light on meat compared to other Bruchi's but not drastically and tasted consistent with the sandwich chain. Over all will not be visiting there again I suggest other avoid this place as well.
