We only go there for breakfast. Try the potatoes Ballesteri's and the eggs Benedict. Omelletes are good, pancakes are good. Coffee not my favorite, but I'm a coffee snob.

This was my first visit and it was great. Eggs beni was very well made and biscuits and gravy was wonderful as well. We will come back. They make specialitie coffees too...that's nice. Something other than just caf or decaf. I highly recommend this place
Best Kept Secret in Town. Awesome food and service. For a privately owned business it doesn't get any better. Wonderful waffles, egg combinations, and lunches have a great variety with many choices of soups. You will not be dissappointed here.
Favorite locally owned cafe. Great food and the friendliest service in town. To many good choices to name my favorite but the cinnamon French toast is awesome.
Tasty!. I had never had an ABC (apple, bacon, cheddar) sandwich before dining at Ballesteri's and I must say I have not had a better one since. Great food and service, although make sure you don't go in close to closing time... We went in once not realizing they were about to close and the carpet shampooers showed up and started going to work before our food even arrived. If we had been told about this we would have gladly gone somewhere else. I've been back since though, and have not regretted it!
Strong brew. We go to ballesteeri's for breakfast once in a while. The breakfast menu is typical but the omlettes are really good but the coffee is just too strong, I don't order it anymore it's a waste of money if you can't drink it. I wish they offered something else besides potato chips with their sandwiches, I think it's just lazy not to have salad or soup to choose from.
This a great small town cafe. I loved being able to drink any coffee drink of my choice with my breakfast. The food is tasty and the service is great. My husband and I will eat there 2 times a month. For 2 people with open cafe drink choice and a filling breakfast is about 25.00. Fun place to go. Relaxing and nice.
FANTASTIC PLACE. This restaurant is a great suprise. Great food, service and atmosphere. I just love small private owned restaurants and this is one reason why.
Excellent little hidden gem in Yakima! This little boutique restaurant has great service and a great breakfast and lunch menu. The atmosphere is quite nice and relaxed, while service is expedited for those on a lunch break. Delicious sandwiches, soup, salad and burgers are served with chips and a pickle. Soup and sandwich are this writer's favorite, but their Cobb Salad is divine.
I love this little Cafe. Quick to seat. Quick to be greeted and Quick for food. Check ins to make sure all is well are frequent but not intrusive. 10/10.

Busy, little place that's always good in a pinch. Orders are ready fairly fast for takeout but the food is just "ok". I have ordered the Chicken Pesto Club (very messy), Grilled Cheese Margarita Sandwich (very wimpy), the Oriental Chicken Salad & Southwest Salad (must ask for extra dressing!!!) and each time, I'm never impressed. And the little bag of plain chips....I could definitely do without that. Cute little cafe though and even when they're busy, it may be slower service but it's not for lack of staff hustling. They're always moving! We'll keep ordering for convenience but not necessarily for their stellar food.
Very cute little hole in the wall cafe, with very friendly staff! They always made sure I had my glass full and constantly asked if I needed anything more with my meal. I really appreciate that kind of service! Decor was also cute and creative.
