Waffles Caffe

Pretty sure this is the best breakfast place in Yakima. Staff is always friendly & quick. Almost always has a wait time to get in. Your order will always arrive hot & fresh out of the kitchen. We both got the Country breakfast with eggs. She ordered hers scrambled, I ordered mine over easy. I ordered Peach crepes as my side, she ordered French toast for hers. The country fried steak is simply amazing. It's tender, well breaded, & fried to perfection. It's never dripping with grease like some places. The pepper gravy on it is also delicious & mixes well with the eggs It's served with. This isn't some small piece of country fried steak we're talking about either. You could just order it with eggs & be satisfied. Waffles portions always justifies the menu prices. The crepes we're excellent. Slightly sweet & buttery with whipped cream. A bit disappointed with the filling as it was canned peaches, but it worked out well flavor & texture wise. For their French toast I believe they use a sourdough bread. It works so well. It's perfectly crispy with a bit of give in the middle & served with a side of whipped butter you can add to it at your discretion. The coffee is rather weak, but comes out hot & has unlimited refills. Overall I can't stop coming back to this place. The atmosphere is so comfortable & the food is amazing. We spent just under $40 for both our meals & coffee.

Came for breakfast on a Thursday and the service and food were great. I had the fajita omelette and I was surprised that it was not overly seasoned. We also had the biscuits and gravy, side of bacon, and a buckwheat pancake. The waiter gave us plenty of time and was very helpful with the order. The food came out quickly and we were both very pleased with our food.

Super impressed with the customer service. A lot of good for your dollar. Would like to share that two servers accidentally ran into each other and one spilt his cup of milk. As he walked to fill it up he had a team member there ready with a gallon of milk to refill. Food was made quick which also impressed me. Loved how the workers will come up and ask to fill up water or coffee. Been so long since I’ve been here but I will definitely be back! Made my day! Thank you Waffles Caffe for the great experience!

A review i will honestly enjoy 😉 just as much as the food and service at the WAFFLE CAFÉ.  SO not only is this establishment open early for the early birds the staff is beyond friendly and service is always on point oh yeah,  not to mention their food is ACTUALLY AWSOME,  the cooks have their cooking skills on point... FRESH FRESH FRESH .... I ended ordering the CHICKEN IN A BISCUIT W WAFFLES AND CHCKEN ON THE SIDE , my wife ordered the Country Fried steak. OMG! never had such a good tasting fried steak , My Chicken in a biscuits was beyond 👌 😋  just the combination of the egg and chicken went perfect together , I have found my #1 spot and dish for breakfast at the WAFFLE CAFE  the menu is built to perfection w out a thousand of choices to choose from , this is always a good sign  for a restaurant when the menu is not big! Food is alot fresher!!! This place just needs to keep doing what it's doing a big 10 out of 10 in my opinion....OH YEAH IF YOU HAVE THE STOMACH FOR IT I SUGGEST YOU TRY THE IRONMAN/WOMAN FOOD CHALLENGE  I left w my head high and stomach beyond full!

This was my first time here with the wife and it was delicious and the plate servings are actually huge and for a pretty cheap decent price. The service was friendly, and fast and once we ordered we had our food in about 15 minutes even my youngest son enjoyed it lol we definitely will be back again 😁😁😁🔥🔥🔥

Fantastic Food!! Good home cooked feel! Quick service and it was busy. I enjoyed the food so good I forgot to take a picture.. The biscuits and gravy were ok a warning for true B&G lovers I tried some off the plate of a person with our party had to add pepper.. Very family and group friendly environment. Be patient with these employees that work in here. The food is well WORTH the wait...

First time here , service was excellent, all male servers, food is soooooooooo delicious,we will definitely be going back, best place in Yakima for breakfast, and you get your money's worth portions are HUGE. my new favorite restaurant. Very very clean. Give it a try you will NOT be disappointed. If I could give a 10 star rating, I would. Keep up the wonderful work.
