El Mirador 2

Came here on a Thursday for dinner service and were seated very quickly. The waiter took a very long time to come around and take our order. The food came out in a timely fashion after the order was taken. I ordered the fajitas trio and it was not very good. The beef, chicken, and shrimp were very dry. A lot of the vegetables at the bottom were heavily burned. The fried tilapia was good but needed a lot of lime juice. After we got our food we rarely got checked in with by the waitress. Lastly, the cost of this dinner did not match the poor service and mediocre food.

Decided to go in since it was right next to our hotel. I’m so glad we did. It was some of the best Mexican food I’ve had. My husband had 2 mixed drinks that were made perfectly, my margarita was also very good. The prices were kind of expensive but for the amount of food you get and the stiff drinks it’s worth what you pay. Our server was so sweet and very attentive.

We had a pretty good experience staring from services to food. We were able to walk in and get a seat immediately. Our server and service was amazing, we had a few other people helping around and working together as a team. Food came quick and it was one of the best meals we had. Very good experience overall.

I have dined at El Mirador 2 twice in the last 30 days. They are very popular and were very busy both times I visited. Their staff are kind, gracious, and provide exceptional service. A rating of 5 stars doesn't seem adequate. ☺️ My favorite item on the menu is the Fajita Trio Combo! It is delicious and even healthy! Muchas Gracias a los trabajadores de El Mirador 2!

Even the “Small” plates are suitable for two lighter appetites. I only photographed my Small El Mirador Nachos and could only finish 1/2 after the chips, salsa, and refried beans that are served when they seat you. The chicken enchiladas and the shredded beef taco salad are ample portions. ¡Buenisimo!
