This Tom Horton's has two great qualities. The first is the value of their frozen lemonade. Just to put you into my mindset, my expectations for Tim Horton's frozen lemonade was astonishingly low. I thought it would be glorified dog water. Then I got it and honestly it was not very frozen, BUT the taste kinda redeemed it. Had a very strong sweet taste. And it was only like $1.60. I would honestly recommend it. The second great aspect is the parking lot. If you go at about 4:34 on a Tuesday that thing is empty as could be. So I did like two or three laps in the parking lot just for fun. It was exhilarating. So I'd say yeah, I recommend it, but only at 4:34 on Tuesdays, I can't really speak to the rest of the time.

I come here everyday and never been treated the way I was today !!!! I order a large ice Capp the gentleman goes to hand me a medium and I advise him I ordered a large rudely says this is all we have and I said well I paid for a large so rudely rolls his eyes and asked to give me refund and the other gentleman kindly shows him where the large cups were so he remakes it and it’s dripping with it everywhere hands it to me and then gives me a evil look and sticks head out drive their window to stare evil at me worse customer service ever and I will be coming to speak with management because this was unacceptable on many levels the picture was after I had to pull over wipe everything off cup myself and my car which now my seats are stained

I've left many reviews of this place of my poor experiences here. I'm now convinced it's the manager. The only time they've looked presentable is when corporate visited for the day. I've seen him lick his fingers to grab the wax paper to grab my donut. Today I heard him talking smack on an employee to another employee. How can a place function well with this kind of leadership? They have a good dark roast so I keep coming back.

Sad to see how COVID has made drive thru suck again. Ordered 2 hazelnut lattes and 2 bacon egg muffins. Got 1 not sure what coffee, 1 hot chocolate, 1 bacon egg muffin, and 1 sausage egg muffin. Sausage wasn't cooked and neither muffin toasted. Just sad the level of service for the same or higher prices.

This morning they was short staffed and the guy in front of me ordered like the whole dang menu but the 2 workers that was there was still friendly and kind little rushed but who wouldnt be with only 2 workers!!! amazing service and they need a raise after i saw how they was hustling this morning with only 2 workers.
