Taco Bell

My husband and I took our daughter to lunch here on the way to see family. Wonderful customer service, our cashier was super sweet and our food was absolutely perfect, hot and fresh. Some DoorDash driver came in and was super rude to the cashier for no reason, they are appeasing the customer receiving that order not that rude driver. This Taco Bell gets a 5 cause they did great on all aspects.

Imagine this... You're hungry after a bowling match. You go to Penn Station and wait an hour in line only to find out it's phone-in only. You and your mother are STARVING and need food...you go to a nearby Taco Bell hoping for sustinence. You look at the drive thru...its a full house. You get in line anyways. And before you know it only 8 minutes later you're ordering your meal. The sweet sound of the kind, gentle goddess of a drive thru lady fills your ears as you order $30 of Taco Bell because for some reason your older brother at home wants a bunch of food. You don't care. You pull up to the window and a second kind woman hands you your food. You park and take a bite. It's heavenly. Not a single cold Doritos taco. Not a single soggy bite..not a single melted slushy. They even put mild sauce on the left and hot on the right so you don't have to search, and not a single item is forgotten...It's perfect. You eat your meal and shed a tear. All is well that night. The Taco Bell ladies have blessed you. Order from this Taco Bell. Be kind to the ladies serving you for they are true angels who deserve it. And eat your meal knowing that when you are at the lowest of the low, the angels of Taco Bell will deliver you to sanity. Goodnight, Google Maps...Rest well.

We ordered 2 chalupa boxes. It came with a burrito, chalupa,taco, cinnamon twists and a drink. The food was great. Well prepared and right temperature. Portion size was great and the item was priced well. A real bargain. The staff was excellent. From the taking of our order, the preparation and to receiving the order was outstanding. The restaurant was clean. The restrooms were clean. Keep up the great job and the excellent service you provided. Thanks to all of you.

Tacos are inconsistent either more meat than lettuce or not barely any lettuce and a lot of cheese and that can be all in one order the tacos are not consistent. The burritos they don't spread the toppings throughout the burritos you got all your sour cream in one spot all your lettuce in another etc. And the flavor just is not good anymore.

I'm giving Taco Bell four stars, because I think that is its full potential. If it were five stars, it wouldn't be Taco Bell. If you have to read a review to decide whether to eat at Taco Bell, you clearly are not drunk enough. I kid Taco Bell, but seriously the food was very good, but it was still Taco Bell. Service at this location was actually five stars, better than most!
