Usually pick up pizza myself. Always great service and good pizza. Had surgery, can't get out. Ordered at 6:12 Told about 45 minutes. Didn't get it by 7:06. Called store about to check on pizza, 7:15. I was told they had just sent driver out door. It's 4 miles. Called again at 7:44. Said they should be turning in my driveway. Guess what. Still waiting, almost 1 Hour later.

I actually used to love Marco's. But a week ago, my appreciation for their wings and pizza soured drastically. Part of their online experience is being able to order a movie with your meal (so long as you spend more than $10, which is not hard to do). I took advantage of this every time that I ordered from them. My last order, I did the same, but this time I received a notice in the blu-ray box that I had a late fee from previous that I needed to pay. Thinking this was a mistake, I called the video place. Turns out that I did and it was because the Marco's website doesn't make ANY note whatsoever that the Family Video that they get their rentals from, has a set of movies that they consider 'hot' items and are only 1 day rentals. Having rented from them dozens of times in the past, I had stopped looking at my receipt. But, sure enough, the video I had rented was also only for one night. Had I any idea that THAT particular video was only for 1 night, I wouldn't have rented it, I may have gone with a different one, not rented a movie at all, or not ordered anything. But I wouldn't have blamed Marco's like I am now. When I contacted Marco's through heir survey about this, the reply was short and succinct: "Thank you for contacting us. We have Nothing to do with the Movie side of things, please contact the video store." I'm sorry?! Am I not going through your website? Are you not the ones offering this? So, in one fell swoop, Marco's has lost a customer and ensured that i will never recommend them to anyone who asks me if I would. Oh, and also ensured I will place this review on every place that I can so that others may see just how bad their customer service is.

I love Marcos pizza...it's hot, fresh and I love the optional crusts, bakes, etc. Why only a 4 star? I ordered my pizza on-line at 5:30 pm for an 8 pm pick-up. They called to verify a question on the order...nice touch! BUT when I arrived at 8, the ticket had been misplaced and the order not even started...not very professional. I will continue to order...but I might just call to verify the order is being made!

If I could give negative stars I would. I checked the times that the Xenia store was open to make sure that ordering a pizza between 930 and 10 o’clock at night would not be a problem. Online it said the store would be open until past midnight. I placed my order and left to pick it up. Online it said my order would be ready at 10:14 PM. I got to the restaurant and was rudely informed by the snotty teenager working there that they closed at 10 o’clock. He also said that they did charge my card almost $50 for my order and I would have to wait 3 to 5 business days to get that refunded. He said they tried to call me to tell me they were closing however when I checked my cell phone they called me at 10:12 and my order was due to be picked up at 10:14. I made a 20 minute drive to pick up this order I find it really rude to call me two minutes before I’m supposed to pick it up to try and tell me that they’ve canceled my order and they’ve charged my card 50 bucks. Horrible customer service!

The food was good but they never offered us the free movie rental you are suppose to get if you purchase 15$ of food. They forgot our 2 liter then when I called asked if I still wanted it and seemed bothered when I told them yes. Also never sent sauce with our bread sticks. It was not a first good experience.

Terrible customer service. I love their pizza, but the online system changed my order from delivery to carryout and it wasn't possible to change. I was put on hold for 25 minutes! I understand being busy, but once I got hold of someone and tried to change to delivery they then increased my order amount and wouldn't allow me to use a coupon because it wasn't an online order! Crazy!

There is a good reason i switched back to pizza hut. I waited an hr for my food. They couldn't get into my building so they left. Instead of bringing me the only food i was going to have for the day, they said they weren't bc they had just closed even though it was technically 1056 when i called them. There was still 4min. Left. I know that is petty, but pizza hut would take the extra time to bring me that food. No star was an option....

Great pizza and friendly staff. The food is always fresh and have had zero problems here. You even get a free rental for the movie place next door. Perfect combo for a night in.
