Chipotle Mexican Grill

Ordered online, grabbed bag, felt light so when I got to my vehicle I opened the bowl up and found that it was like 1/2 full (being on the generous side more like 1/4 full). Went back and asked if this was normal proportions for a bowl (knowing very well that it was not considering I’ve been to chipotles numerous times and can literally see people’s bowls being made in line that are quite full) cashier didn’t really say much or even sorry (nor did anyone but that’s fine) however she said to get in line and they would make a new one which they did and I’m thankful for that, however as I’m standing in line I see the cashier tell two other employees the situation and watch the employees laugh about it, so that was nice. Not sure if someone decided to eat half of it before they put it in the bag or what... last time I ordered online I had gotten another bowl and it was literally a soup of sour cream. Pretty sure they emptied an entire container into the bowl, unfortunately didn’t catch that until I got home. Needless to say go in and order that way you can see your bowl being made and if they do decide to eat it before they give it to you, you’ll see it.

This was the burnt vegetables in my bowl from last night along with the raw peppers?!?! Not sure how that even happens… Vanessa the cashier acted as though it was an inconvenience to cash us out as well!! Shame I used to love your food?! Bad attitudes were in abundance last night around 7:30pm, but but portions were not!! I only want 5 items in my bowl and the vegetables are what I want the most, but not these!! I’ll go elsewhere and recommend others do the same…

Decided to order a salad through the app. When I got it home, I discovered it only had about 10 pieces of lettuce and barely had any chicken. Had requested extra cheese, but only had regular amount of cheese. Tried to call the store to share my experience, but a recording said it was best to send online.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!! I ordered food at 8:05pm, supposed to be ready at 8:20pm. Got to the store at 8:27pm. Stores packed with people waiting, one guy I asked said he's a Doordasher and he'd been sitting there waiting since 6pm!! So I sit down to wait 30 minutes, got the wrong order (different jessica), then finally asked if I could just jump into line and have the 2 guys on line make my bowl. I understand being understaffed, and I saw only 4 people total working, so I want to give them the benefit of the doubt, but the past 2 times I've ordered online from here I've had to wait longer than I should have. I could have drove to the Beavercreek location and back, and maybe even ate my food in the total time it took me to just get my food from here tonight. The woman making online orders tonight had absolutely no urgency. And as I'm standing in line watching her, she's moving her long dreads out of her face, touching her shirt, pushing her glasses up on her face, putting her hands in her pockets, putting one hand on the wall as she's touching the screen with the other, ALL WITHOUT EVER CHANGING HER GLOVES. 🙊 I'm glad I opted for the two gentleman on the line to make my food instead. The three people I did interact with were all friendly though, I knew they were really just trying to get through the night and I feel bad for them. My bowl was made nicely, everything I ordered was in stock. My only complaint about the food was that the chips didn't have salt. I don't think I'll be returning to this location for quite some time, if ever. 💔

the absolute worst chipotle. i can’t tell you the number of awful experiences we’ve had. so many flaws with this location. we only return because there are so few options in xenia for getting different kids of foods. just to tell you tonight’s debacle, although there’s been countless others, they were out of cheese, lettuce, plastic forks, lids for their bowls and napkins. their soda machine was broken but they were still selling it. and they had probably 100 bags of chips but wouldn’t let us buy any because they were saving them for “mobile orders only”. lastly, we ordered an extra cup of sour cream only to get home and find they didn’t include it. i recommend going anywhere else. this place is a huge let down.

Ordered online for pick up and waited patiently to pickup order. Went up to ask when the food would be ready and was informed that the food would be ready when it was ready. Very disrespectful young man working. Didn't even ask me my name to tell me timing. Manager didn't care how he responded either. 2022-06-11 food ordered 720 807pm still no food.
