Location was clean, modern, and the staff were friendly. Food was tasty and came out efficiently. Dine-in area was great and the prices were low. Highly recommend.

You have to had bumped your head to keep eating at McDonald's. First off the food is really not that great never really was. On top of that you will always have issues it seems with either the ice cream or milkshake machines never working. But my biggest complaint right now is the fact that they completely got rid of the dollar menu all together and if you actually check the prices they tripled everything. However burger king and Wendy's Arby's ECT. We're still able to keep a value menu to help their customers save money and keep the fast food where it is supposed to be. Idk about you but I'd rather go to a restaurant or take out from a pizza place before spending $25 on 2 value meals. They are way over priced for a place with such horrible service.

The employees are slow and unmanaged. Drive through order took 20 mins with no line and only a handful of people inside. Guy at the speaker cussing to Co worker. We won't be back. Really surprised this is OK in Wyo/west reading.

Takes so long for someone to ask for your order at the drive through. Then you have to pull in one of their spaces to wait for your order. DRIVE THROUGH!

Wooooorst McDonald's ever!👎👎 Drive through took way too long. Completely unprofessional and rude. And gave me and my daughter the wrong order. I wouldn't go back to this place again if you paid mee!!

Customer service sucks and service is slow...the coffee bar was dirty and lacked supplies. Muhlenberg location is cleaner and the staff is always loading necessities.
Just say no....I bit into my burger 🍔 and it was rare. I like my food all of the way cooked.

Great place to get a simple order wrong each and every day. There really must be broken robots working at this location. 🤖 Also, make extra time to go back if you intend to use the drive through.
