Chipotle Mexican Grill

This is only my second time trying Chipotle in a long time and it’s delicious! The first time I ever ordered I can’t remember if I enjoyed it, so I decided to try it again. I went into the store and they did allow me to order in person rather then online. After seeing reviews I wanted to make sure they’d be open. Very clean store as I was there and customer service was great! Overall the burrito bowl was yummy and chips weren’t super salty!

What an unacceptable experience!! Under the best of non pandemic circumstances this would be pathetic. Considering a still raging pandemic it's simply unacceptable. There was trash and food on every surface, from the floor to the tables to the self service counter to the food counter. If the front of the house is this bad, I can't imagine how bad the kitchen is! I attempted to contact corporate but they never bothered to get back to me other than an automated response.

Food is great! But I don’t understand the way the operate. the other day we came here and ordered in person and now today I went in (it’s 10:56 they open at 10:45) and they said you have to order online? I said how does that work? I was just here the other day and ordered in person he was like if you wait 10 minutes you can order I said okay I can order in person then? He said no. I left. If you have customers in person you take the orders in person. Chairs weren’t even off the tables almost 15 minutes after opening and no meat was ready yet

This place used to be so good but now….All I can say is check your take out orders. Very tiny portions even when you pay extra for extra ingredients. Tired of going through the same thing with this location. Disappointed almost every time considering they are ALWAYS “online ordering only”. Feels like being scammed at this point.

Worst experience me an my Husband had was at this Chipotle. Horrible customer service, could not even wrap a Burrito correctly. Meat was all over the counter. All over outside of the tortilla an finally i just said I wanted a new Burrito. The manager told me the Burrito will still taste the same. I just asked for my money back. Horrible customer service.

Would be great for the Owner of this franchise to pay employees to work there. Sometimes it’s open, sometimes closed. Hours are never consistent. Either hire workers at a fair wage or close the store. You’re needlessly floundering when it’s a goldmine of an operation. Pay your workers! Edit: Months later and whoever owns the franchise still refuses to pay employees enough to work here. I’d be embarrassed to own it. Sell it to someone that cares even an ounce.
