I've taken my mom here a few times. Not a fan of the "complimentary" valet parking now. Burgers always a good choice, ribs always a good choice, mashed taters always a good choice. I won't get the fish and chips again. The French onion soup was excellent. I love the atmosphere there too. It's not uppity. It's laid back with low-hanging beams that I will surely walk into one night. People bring kids there, people bring dates there, friends go there to hang out, and older couples celebrate anniversaries there. The barn is place for everyone.

We were a couple of 4 having dinner Saturday, Feb 12. We have been to The Barn numerous times. We paid our bill which was $330. We were finishing our drinks when the owner came to our table told us to hurry up. Obviously they are more Interested in turning tables than having their customers enjoy themselves. Very disappointed. I sure there are other restaurants who will appreciate us more. I appreciate your reply. I have been in much classier eating establishments than yours and never was I rushed. And to be fair, I was also to low end restaurants, such as yours, and never was I rushed. If it is the servers you are concerned about, which I doubt, well, the gratuity we left them more than accounted for the time we were there. You are more concerned with having a revolving door than actually wanting your customers to enjoy themselves while at The Barn.

The Barn is truly a hidden gem! It has such a great atmosphere, it’s super historical, and the staff are so welcoming. Every time I come here, the food is always great and the service is excellent. And they remember their customers by name! The burgers and the ribs are by far the best burgers and ribs I’ve had around! I would definitely recommend!!!!

My first time along with two friends that had been here before. The owner Eli greeted us and made us feel welcomed. True rustic barn atmosphere. Wait staff was outstanding. Looking forward to returning and enjoying another great meal.

Awesome hidden gem. Its small and cozy. The bartender TJ was really nice to us. We went in to watch the Yankees game. I felt like if i was at home. The attentiveness was on point. Will be coming here again

Food is "ok".......really the issues were "other" - 1) complimentary Valet parking....OK, the ticket suggests a TIP amount....so no really complementary. The truth is this: the BARN will not provide proper parking (ie lines, paving etc) so the contract these "parkers" to park your car and you basically pay their wages via tips. 2) The other issue is the manager (who was dressed like she was watching TV at home) decided to bust my chops on something in front our group of people. Who needs that? All in all, not "special enough to go back" and yes i have been there many many times.....I've been occasionally going since the mid 1980's.....done now.....the unique-ness doesn't outweigh the issues listed above........ :Rebuttal to owners comments IF you are reducing the parking by that much, than your occupancy loading should go down......if your occupancy loading has increased (due to outdoor dining) than you'd better take a good long look at your 1 user bathrooms, i'd bet you'd need a lot more bathroom accommodations than (2) single users, and once that happens you better check that septic capacity. But a lot of restaurants are pushing the envelope with bathroom accommodation requirements and don't even try to say "it's grandfathered in", because it is no longer the case once you increase the occupancy loading with outdoor dining (unless you have addition bathroom facilities that I did not see)......do you really want people to check town regulations....i mean I could, I'd start with Health Dept I guess, then Zoning......then the whole ADA code, which is a real can a worms you want no part of.....be careful what you wish for, a lot of restaurants are "painting the edges of the strike zone" with the liberties of outdoor dining, some play by the rules and others take the chance and see what they can get away with......long story short; valet parking at a place with paper menus is silly.....long story short....people just want to enjoy their night out and not have their balls busted

Have been a patron of The Barn for decades. The rustic, cozy atmosphere and awesome food have drawn me back time and time again! Even with a line at the door, the crew work quickly and efficiently to get you seated as quickly as possible. When I think of their burgers, my mouth begins to water! All of their food is prepared well, and arrives quickly at your table. There's plenty to choose from on their menu, for adults and kids alike. They have a great selection beer, and non alcoholic beverages, and will prepare your mixed drink (if that's your thing) to perfection. The Barn is family friendly so feel free to bring the kids. Parking can get a bit tricky in the tight lot, but, it always works out fine in the end (you may need to que-up for a spot). Watch carefully for the entrance driveway, which is also a bit tricky to find when it's dark. Over the MANY DECADES The Barn has been in operation, hundreds have carved their names into the tables (mine included)... just another point to love about this amazing place. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! 😎
