It's always been a good place to perform at as a hip hop recording artist myself, but it's not in the greatest location due to the lack of parking spots. But hey give it a try because the owner is good peoples. 👍

Truley Worcester's best live music venue! This place makes me feel at home! The Wednesday Night Dance Parties are off the chain. Thursday open Mic kicks! The rock shows have true talent! Even the hip hop shows have class! (Ive heard rumors of Karaoke as well!. If you love music, and your not a regular here, make sure you make it a point to be!

The Raven is a fun place to enjoy local live music, play pool, and meet interesting people. It has an urban, gritty feel. You really feel like you are in the city! It is a classic dive bar.
We arrived early. We played some pool. There are 2 vintage pool tables. The men at the pool table next to us impressed us with their rhythmic original rap songs. They were good!
We saw a few live music acts. Most notable was a band called The Steelface Circus. The lead singer was probably 10 years old, but he really rocked his heart out. The preteen drummer emoted a surprisingly mature ethos of angst coupled with great skill. #thesteelfacecircus
The crowd was affable and welcoming. A nice young man with a neck tattoo ordered a big tray of wings from a nearby restaurant to share with the fellow patrons.
The bar owner/bar tender was personable. You can tell that music is his passion and that The Raven is his labor of love.

My girlfriend and I came here over 3 years ago and since visited regularly. The staff is down to earth and inviting while creating an excellent vibe for a variety of musical acts.

Nasty little hole in the wall. This building is located in the heart of the hood. There is no parking whatsoever and you have to be aware of your surroundings lest you get robbed or approached by weirdos asking for money and cigarettes.
