Took like 10 minutes or so to get seated, every table was available but 2. When we sat down it took another 5-7 minutes before getting our menus/silverware(which were dirty) no workers were to be sight, took about 15 minutes to get someone to take our order. Did more waiting than eating, The food was decent.

Emily and Ariana (spelling?) we're both new waitresses that started this week and we're completely abandoned by management at a 2am shift. Witnessed customers hostility towards two young hard working women and am extremely disappointed in the leadership/supervision of this restaurant. The 5 stars goes to Emily and Ariana for holding it down! But your management sucks! Will be calling corporate to make sure these all star workers be recognized.

Very disappointed, waited and waited to even get talked to. Asked for creamer for the hot coffee and 20 minutes go by and my sever still hadn’t returned. A different person brought out the food. She was nice and even got us silverware to eat with unlike our server. I saw my server go into the kitchen peak her head out and go back into the kitchen multiple times that went on for about 40 minutes then as soon as she walked out again 3 other tables not including just mine had cold food and extremely poor service. At this point I’d had enough and asked for the bill and she tossed it onto the table… When your busy or understaffed everyone understands but when there was at least 10 servers and you go around ignoring and hiding from tables that’s a different story. It took almost an hour to get the bill to leave mind you. I will never go back, honestly I’d rather drive 1 and a half hours to a different location at this point. But hey if you like cold food and poor service please be my guest to visit this location. I’ve never in my life had such a bad experience anywhere else ever. Such a shame because this location used to be so good, always full happy and fast. Now it’s run down and the atmosphere is hostile. It really is such a pity….
