Every time we go to this location, they always ignore us at the speaker so after waiting a few minutes we pull up to the window to give them our online order code. It's so slow there too, the line is always long.
Had an issue with my hash browns they were burnt to a crisp like chips in a bag went inside manager seemed extraordinarily sweet and happy to help I made a comment I worked over night and I didn't truly believe this was real then the flamboyant young man with the shells necklace who burned the hash

Absolutely awful. I waited over 12 minutes before I decided to go in and figure out what was taking so long. I ordered a quarter pound with cheese and one Apple pie. I was then told they had no Apple pie and it would take 10 minutes for them to make 1. I had already waited an excess of 10 minutes.
