Mcdonald's

I grew up in this neighborhood and McDonald’s was the bomb and affordable at the time. Now it’s the worst McDonald’s around and I don’t know why o keep going there. I waited 45 minutes one night just for sodas. The drive through window is always discussing. And tonight I got a Sunday and a flurry and they handed it to me a mess. The spoons were dirty with fudge and caramel finger prints. Aweful and sad 😞

Had an issue with my hash browns they were burnt to a crisp like chips in a bag went inside manager seemed extraordinarily sweet and happy to help I made a comment I worked over night and I didn't truly believe this was real then the flamboyant young man with the shells necklace who burned the hash browns to a crisp who obviously can't handle clear instructions and the 6 foot 9. Tall female that works in the location preceeded to make faces at eachother and give me an attitude I had a very bad day at work and decided to leave the food on the table and leave before I showed that kid something to have an attitude about. Extremely disgusting experience if it weren't for the manager being as sweet as she was I would never return to this location.

So... Ordered a DBL Quarter no cheese meal. Got a single Quarter sandwich, one pattie. Went back and let them know they made a mistake, took the quarter and gave me another quarter one pattie. Unless McDs changed up their patties and now have half pound beef patties or it's a new cook that doesn't know the recipes, I can't see this as acceptable. Maybe they did change up their patties to half pound patties. If that's the case let me know and I'll remove and update this review. I did not go back in and try a 3rd time to get this right. Is third times a charm the thing here?

Absolutely awful. I waited over 12 minutes before I decided to go in and figure out what was taking so long. I ordered a quarter pound with cheese and one Apple pie. I was then told they had no Apple pie and it would take 10 minutes for them to make 1. I had already waited an excess of 10 minutes. They didn't even realize they had a curbside order on their screen. Even after I went in it still took a lot of time period the staff was not paying attention to the manager. The drive-through line was atrocious. And there was at least 4 people inside waiting. There was an older gentleman all he wanted was a coffee and a Burger. They were not making food. They literally were just having conversations. No 1 acknowledged the fact that I was waiting for my food.It was awful. Even when the manager said she needed help nobody acknowledged her at all.
