Dunkin' Donuts

Alright …. Employee named marian I believe always makes my stuff right has the best customer service but seems to be with some not so good co workers . A short kind of small curly hair girl she is extremely rude and lazy never in uniform always complains about work or just disappears randomly me being a Dunkin lover I need my coffee .

Fantastic!! I called the Dunkin at St. Vincent's Hospital and spoke to a wonderful employee - Christina. We couldn't go into the hospital or see my mother there. I wanted to send boxes of Joe up to the nurses station on the floor where my mother is a patient. Christina helped me work out all of the logistics of making this happen! I ordered and paid on the app and she watched for my order and had everything ready to go when someone came to deliver them up to the floor. She went above and beyond to be kind and helpful!

They are open 24 hours, but for some reason they clean their latte machine from 0600-0800 so you can't order any signature drinks or over half of their menu until after 0800. Worse on weekends, can't order anything until after 0900. If you want a plain coffee this is the place to go, but if you want any drinks from Dunkin Donuts, go somewhere else, this needs to be reported to corporate. Maybe they can clean their machines at night, so they can actually serve drinks that are on the menu for the morning coffee rush...? This seems absolutely insane to me, anyone else had this experience?

Rude staff. Most of them doesn't make drinks how you ask for it, if you go back to let them know they did your drink bad, they act more rude than usual and they don't even make a new drink, they try to fix it on top of the wrong one they made before.... When I speak English I have an accent and one lady from there always look at me and ask me things again in a way that I honestly feel bad about it.

Using the app I've lost around 15 dollars. I order and pay, but when I get there either they don't actually sell that product or there's one girl working and 15 people in line, she does the app orders last. Tonight I ordered and got there at 7:50... nobody in sight. A sign saying be back at 7:30. I only have a 30 minute break, so now I'm out another 5 bucks because nobody was working when I placed and payed for my order.
