George's Bakery does everything right. Back before I can even remember I've had loaves of George's FAMOUS syrian bread on my counter or in my freezer. This bakery is a staple to Worcester's diverse culture in dining. Located conveniently on Grafton Street!

The food is so delicious and so authentic some people think they might have a portal to the Middle East in the back of the store. Meat pies are so delicious they make your mouth water and the kibbi balls are so moist and fresh you would swear it came from the old country.

Love George's pita bread ,there is nothing like it and I have tried others. It's so thin and pliable and doesn't feel like a brick on your stomach as most breads do only 120 calories for entire pita, you can make sandwiches or just eat with meals.

I normally don’t ever write reviews but I had their falafel wrap today from the Worcester Public Market and it’s the BEST thing I’ve ever had. I’ve had falafel from many different places but George’s is so good! An absolute must-try if you are a falafel fiend like me!
