I haven't visited this location in a long time. The food was cooked to perfection & it came out the way I ordered it, & I didn't have to send anything back to be remade. The food was delicious my family & I enjoyed it very much!! I had an amazing experience today & will definitely be back.

Had a great experience recently at this Papa Gino's. Staff - especially Celi and Billie Jo - were really pleasant and fun to deal with and provided a great customer experience! Have to agree with other reviews I've seen here - it appears that the new Store Manager, Steve, has really done great things for this location. It needed it and he - and his staff - have delivered!! Thanks Steve, Billie Jo and Celi - and thanks Papa Gino's for the b-day pizza. The message inside the top of the box is a nice touch!

Went there after being refused a meatball sub from Subway. Quick to order and pay, took over 20 minutes for the kid behind the kitchen counter to make a small meatball sub with extra cheese to go which was overpriced. I got an 8" sub roll with a ton of sauce and 2 1" meatballs and a paper thin slice of cheese. Won't go back to their again.

I go to Lincoln plaza all the time! The store was horrible until Steve became the general manager. The sandwiches are made to perfection… especially the thanksgiving toasted! EVERYTIME IT IS GREAT! Steve really turned that place around, it’s in good shape and the people are awesome! Thanks to Steve and the staff for always making my trips there memorable :) I always know they are smiling behind their masks!

Papa Gino's is the best pizza, it's been my favorite since I was a kid. The slices are perfectly proportioned and the right amount of sauce and cheese is always added which is important to me. I also love the breadsticks they're so delicious!
