Volturno Pizza

I have been here twice and both times I was blown away! The pizza is amazing and so are the drinks. If you go for dinner expect a wait for a table. Lunch was very chill, no wait at all. Our server Olivia brought us waters without us even having to ask and was very attentive without being overbearing. Will definitely be coming back here!

This is an excellent date spot! The service was so friendly and the menu had some really special items. As this was our first time here we went with the Volturno pizza and the Polpette. Great flavour and such a thin crust. Toppings were fresh and delicious. Crust was a tiny bit burnt in some spots but nothing too unacceptable given its a stone oven. We got beer but they also had a great wine and mixed drink menu! For dessert we tried the vanilla and strawberry gelato, which were not the best but they gave us big scoops and the price was relatively inexpensive. Overall a really great spot for dinner with some amazing pizza combinations!

Our host was very thoughtful, and helpful. They added in an extra order of fries on the house and answered any questions we had about the menu. The rustic style in the restaurant created a wonderful environment and fit what was being served. You will get bang for your buck with this restaurant, great prices for great food. On my visit, I ordered two margarita pizzas and they were amazing. They had great flavor, the crust was perfect, the sauce was good and the cheese had flawless consistency. Overall a perfect pizza. If I'm ever in the region again I definitely will be coming back. Undoubtedly deserves 5 stars.

We wait a while before going to Volturno pizza. Some of their combinations were a little outside of what we thought we'd like but decided to give it a try. Oh man we were wrong!! The combinations are a little intimidating at first but the flavors go so well together. I'm currently dairy free and they were able to accommodate my allergy with an all dairy free pizza. A good dairy free pizza is not easy to come by. My husband and daughter got a pepperoni pizza that was (so they tell me) delicious 😋. They are a little pricey but Monday and Tuesday they run pizza deals. Honestly though for good pizza it's money well spent. Moral of the story is if you aren't an adventurous eater but willing to give change a chance I think this is the place to do it!!

A very good authentic Italian pizzeria in the area. Tried the pistachio pizza which was great. Tuesday's are a reason to here with their BOGO deal. They do have a private dining hall and can seat quite a bit of people. Do seem to run busy at peak hours. Take out may not be the ideal way to experience this place.
