Arby's

Usually quicker than the one on the main drag of Wooster, but I've also noticed that the food quality is better here. I've gotten cold sandwiches from the Beall avenue one before and I was the only one in line. I mean, it's your everyday Arby's but I enjoy the satisfaction of getting a wrap or a sandwich that tastes like *meat*.

We needed 100 sandwiches on VERY short notice. They are short-staffed and this was their busy time of day, but When Tracy found out this was for hot lunch for school children, she went above and beyond! She was so kind to us!! The kids loved the hot food and I heard lots of positive comments about the good lunch. Thank you, Tracy, from 80+ school children!! Bless you for what you did!

Horrible experience tonight. The line was long and wrapped around the building. When I finally made it to the screen/speaker to order, a female asked me to wait a few minutes. Slowly everyone in front of me made it past the pick up window but I was still sitting at the order window. If I'd had the opportunity to pull away, I would have however, I was stuck in the line within cement barriers. When she finally took my order there wasnt any...."Thanks for waiting"..."please" or "thank you's". My food was cold and cheese not melted. She didn't ask if I needed any condiments and there wasn't any napkins in the bag or even a receipt to place a complaint. Poor customer service.
