Long John Silver's

I have no problem with their food like others have. I feel just who working there like these young kids they do not care about your food and serves they only care about money and they do not have any pride in there work either. You just wonder if they would serve their family bad looking food!!! Think about it like at Wendy's there serve us cold Fry's burglar with no lettuce on it and pop water down on top that. Young kids do not care about your order!!!! It is sad they are closing I will miss there food.

We had to wait 45 minutes for our food. People were complaining about the wait. Floor and tables were messy. Trash was overflowing. When we finally got our food it was good. They gave out coupons for a free meal to us and some of the customers. Also seen an employee with a big knife on his side. Is that allowed? We won't be going back there for awhile. Very dissatisfied. They were extremely unorganized.

The service we received was excellent and the food was hot and perfectly cooked. My only tiny complaint was we were going to dine-in but the dining room wasn't that clean so we took it home. But I was so happy to eat Long John Silver's since you can't find them around anymore 😔. And their hushpuppies are to die for 👍.

Ordered the 2 piece chicken I received one overcooked what looked like a chicken strip the other was the size of my thump and mostly breading. Looked like the scraps that were left in the FRY basket. Fries were good but very greasy, staff was super friendly though but not worth driving all the was back to complain as I had already got home to eat. Very expensive for mostly fried breading go to burger king and get a $6 bk box. If wanting fish go to farmer boys their fish is good and Friday is all u can eat

Sat in the drive thru for 22 minutes..... This place is not a fast food restaurant.. They didn't give me my drink, any napkins or utensils.. food was over cooked or heat lamp dried out... The building is half painted one color.. never finished the job.. The whole place is just worn out.. I think it's over... LJS as a chain, has just gotten worse. The portions keep getting smaller and the quality is terrible...

I love Long John Silvers but not this one. I ordered a salmon meal with green beans and Cole slaw. It took 10 minutes setting in the drive thru with no one in front of me. Got home and the lid was off and half my dinner was in the bottom of the bag. I was careful with it but too late this is the way it was handed to me. What a shame. I guess this is why at dinner hour no one else was there.

Always a bad experience. Yesterday I went in was the only person in line then two more came in on the inside then the drive thru had two cars. I was already waiting ten minutes for my food. They all got theirs before I got mine. The employees were standing around and I heard one ask did we get them all I then spoke up and said I'm still waiting on my food and proceeded to tell them how long I had been waiting. I had waited good thirty minutes before I got my food. No apologies nothing. In my opinion I wouldn't give one 🌟 to this establishment.
