Our waitress was exceptional! They made the nutty muffet sandwich open-faced, so we could share it. Baked beans were very good and topped off the meal with a cherry/hot fudge milkshake.

If I could leave more stars I would! Won’t eat anyone else’s onion rings, they are the best!! Pies are amazing and the nutty muffet is a must try! I pray that the new owners keep the recipes.

BEST PLACE EVER. Great service and outstanding food. The hand battered onion rings are a must have along with the well known nutty muffit. The perch is also a must have.

Dave here with Showtime Limousine! Just wanted to say very nice place to eat. Great service, great food and the staff is very friendly. The owner is very personable and customer oriented. The servers and kitchen people all work hard to hustle the best food experience and service. Ps their onion rings are fantastic. 2 thumbs up all the way!. Can’t wait to come back and eat again! Great job guys!. Thank you!.

Exceptional service, delicious food, and cheerful, lovely atmosphere. Bathrooms were clean and tidy. The waitress brought a WHOLE CUP of crayons and coloring pages for our children! The Texas sandwich and Bishop burger were just mouth-wateringly fantastic. And we got pie to go! Just a wonderful experience all-around.

Thank goodness some wonderfully great things never change. The same yummy deliciousness I remember from over 45 yrs past when I first discovered these unforgetable bites of crispy, crunchy, yummy goodness, cooked to perfection onion rings. The Bishop Burger is huge and has an onion ring on top, and with rings on the side there is more than enough to fill even the biggest and hungriest appetite. The Sloppy Joe is a must try as well. Cheryl Wheaton, our friendly server took wonderful care of us. Say hi to her when you go in. A definite 10+ for my book, and I will always go out of my way to visit this iconic establishment when I'm in this area.

Back in the days when Bishop's was on Cleveland rd., it was one of the best burger and fry places you could go to. The pies were all homemade with real cream of you ordered a cream pie. The onion rings are still the same but extremely unhealthy! Now, it is nothing special. You can get a better burger at Applebee's or Green leaf restaurant. The prices are fair. If you want to increase your cholesterol and decrease years off your life this is the place for you. We will not be returning.

Bishops was a staple in my childhood. I used to go all the time with my grandparents and I loved it.. I don't know if its the new management or lack of training or what but I am so disappointed. 5 of us waited for over 45 minutes and multi groups of 2 are seated before us even though we got there first.. it took one of the cooks watching us wait to come out and seat us as we watch multiple girls just walking back and forth acting busy but obviously not. 3 tables of 4 seats where empty when we are taken to our seats. We get sat in front of a TV where naked and afraid is playing on tv which is insanely inappropriate especially on a Sunday. We didn't get a I'm sorry for your wait or anything. We finally got our food and it was nothing like I remember. Hardly any taste. I don't plan on coming back and I pray they don't ruin Bishops legacy.
