Dunkin'

I ordered from Dunkin as a walk in customer. Everything was fine with my order when I gave it. Stood waiting for 1 large hot coffee with espresso shots and a small frozen coffee, I kid you not I waited 15 min still no coffees went thru 3 different people to try and make espresso not one person could work the machine finally got me worked up I as for my money back. Couldn’t even tell me my order I found my receipt with several others on counter and handed to the woman who said I was being rude by handing her my receipt I suggest nobody go there

Order 2 sausage egg and cheese on a crosant, a refresher and a ice coffee came up to 17.46, I was given the coffee and the refresher waited 10 min for the sausage egg and cheese on a crosant, I was the only one in the store, I saw a few cars, going through the drive through. I started looking at tiktok when the person who charge me, came and looked at me like what is he waiting, she asked you all set, I said no still waiting. She asked another girl where is his order, they had no clue. So they had to ask for my receipt to see what I purchased, they asked a girl to make it, I saw the firld taking her time putting on her gloves, I told the person who served me " you know I don't want them give my money back, I guess the person in charge came and refund me 10.01 as I'm leaving I decided to return the drinks too. Which they did but only game back 16.46. I just left it along, but never again going back not only they forgot about my order they shifted me 1.00 and because when I went back they’re was a customer she said he's was his money back cause he didn't like it, which not the case but I didn't feel like arguing...

When customers order hot food, among other things, the food should be made first, not last. Not after you got every donut, muffin and munchkin they ordered in bags. Get the rest of their order while they're hot food is cooking. I would think this would make sense to everyone. I guess not. Act like you know
