Forgot my biscuits, cookies, and put the grossest amount of Nashville hot on my chicken tenders. Very disappointed in a once pleasant family dinner.

What has happened to Woon. KFC?! Down hill!!! Used to be above average, now very disappointing. Ordered online for store pick-up. Didn't get the gravy w/the mashed taters (one of my wives' favorites) and both the mashed taters and fries were VERY salty, even for her and she loves her salt. I dislike salt and found the fries inedible (they were also cold and floppy). When ordering online, you can select a pick-up time. I suspect they picked and packed the order way ahead of the pick-up time and that's why it was so cold. Good thing chicken is not as effected by not being piping hot, but I hate cold fries!

The worst thing is walking into an establishment where the manager is getting cocky with an employee. I waiting over 15 minutes for my food. Maybe if they had a better manager they could have employees that are put in the work.

They gave me a tiny drop of mayo on my chicken little Sands which and mix old fried with a new batch of fries should be unacceptable. I wasted all that money on fries for a large fry and they mixed my fries with old fried ruin and dried up with a new batch of fries. Stop being God dam lazy and board of health should know about this !

Rest. Was completely empty and not busy drive thru and all the tables were dirty and sticky, Cashier was great but the food was a bit weird bitter tasting, hopefully it was just my taste buds but anyways the cleaning deff should improve!!!

Chicken didn't taste the same and the coleslaw was a little on the watery side but I'm the most part it was a good visit

8 piece bucket should be 2 breast 2 thighs, 2 legs and 2 wings. Mine was all dark meat 4 thighs 2 drum sticks and 2 wings,
Also the coleslaw was only half full.
I won't be going back

Place could use a major cleaning, floor was very sticky, tables need a thorough cleaning as well. I won't go back.
