Elm Street Pizza

There was a very sharp metal object in my sub, not sure if more was swallowed. My family will no longer eat from this place, we’ve been loyal customers for the pass 5 years until the previous owners sold it to the new owner WRONG MOVE because the food has been nasty ever since. I’m just happy it was me and not one of my kids!

We ordered a few times, never had a problem, food was always good. More recently our orders have come wrong, or my order was supposed to be picked up but was put through as delivery, so I was at the store while my food was being delivered. The girl at the counter was on her phone while she was taking orders which is baffling, but then when they realized my order was being delivered the man at the front (owner?) didn't want to hang up the phone with his brother to call the delivery guy so one of the cooks ended up calling him. All while I'm trying to call my husband to let him know what was going on. And while standing there a kid walked in and got the wrong order, and another walked in and received the wrong order. I wasn't angry, but it was frustrating for sure, and there was no attempt to even make things better. I definitely would not go back here.

The pizza was great as it used to be. I understand it's under new ownership. The people working there are totally confused timing and my order was way off. I would say their drinking too much or too high. There was a major argument with a women customer about her order while I was there. I always thaught the customer is alway right and I believe she was. But that wasn't the case with these guy's. Not Good for buisness. They did give me a medium for the price of a small to make up for the screw up. So.. I'll go back but if they don't get it together I'm out!
