I ordered off the menu on line with a total of 58.54 when I called the order in the total was 73 and change. Rather then honoring the prices on line I was charge the 74 and told that they will speak to the manager about updating the prices on line. The right thing to do was to apologize and honor the on line prices When the order arrived though the driver polite, the food was terrible, it was dry and dissatisfied by myself and my company. I ordered from here many times the fact is each time I order this last few months there food is not meeting the quality as it once had. I am certain this will be my last time ordering from Pacific Asia in Woonsocket

I've been coming here since they've been open. Always good. Realistically is everything perfect EVERY single time, no. However the food is inexpensive, very consistent, and taste good. Pretty sure the owner is there on a daily basis. 9 out of 10 times when I go I kinda expect to see her. She's friendly with a warm smile kinda way. The Wonton Soup is more Wonton than Soup and that's totally ok. The wontons are delicious. The soup is not greasy. Fried rice is of the yellow variety. Always good and fresh. Spare ribs are very good too. Basically, you can't go wrong with this place and if there is an issue then respectfully communicate with them and you'll be taken care of. This yummy spot is my go-to post surgery or when not feeling not 100%. Everytime ❤️

I order from here 2-4 times a month. Unfortunately i have to say this USE.. to be 5 stars. Now its barely 3 stars. The food use to be amazing! Now its subpar by most standards.. the shrimp egg rolls dont have shrimp half the time. The rice is so bland i have to use 5 packets of soy sauce for any flavor . The generals chicken is all batter and you must hunt to find a morsel of chicken..needless to say i probably won't be ordering again anytime soon.

I've lived in Woonsocket for almost 5 years and have tried many different asian takeout resturants and it's either hit or miss. Some things are good, some things are bad. This is the ONLY PLACE I've tried that I have LOVED every single thing I've tried. I won't bother wasting my money anywhere else for Chinese takeout. This is my new go to place. Love it and thank u to all the people who take the time to make DELICIOUS Asian food and not just tolerable Asian food.
