Always good food!! Such a variety of subs to choose from. You can also purchase panini to go as well as American chop suey...and soooo many desserts to choose from. The portions are huge with everything they serve. Well worth the money!! I bought the pilgrim sub...turkey,stuffing,cranberry sauce, Munster cheese and Mayo. Soooo good!!

I in the midst of everything that is going on I like to get out and support local businesses during the pandemic. I am also a driver and I came across this deli on my travels. The food is good consistent and the amount is fair for the price. It is fresh the restaurant is clean staff will face masks and gloves consistently however I give 3 * because part of customer service and working in retail restaurant industry is being friendly the manager Eddy is very rude if I didn't already place a $75 order and if my children didn't really want the sandwiches I would have left someone needs to honestly teach him a refresher course in true customer service it's great to be fast and accurate but customer service goes a long way

Food was great but....they should update they're online menu prices to reflect the actual price you pay when u call in the order. 2ndly putting a customer on hold 4 times in the middle of taking a debit card payment is not good customer service. Then not completing the transaction and writing the card number(incorrectly at that) and the expiration date on a slip while interrupting the customer while they are giving the number really has me upset. Now I don't know where my and my coworkers debit card number could end up. Then When you tell the employee all of this all you get is " I'm sorry you feel this way way but we can't just let the phone ring because we're working on your order and we gave u the same service when u called in.

Drove past this place so many times before deciding to check them out and I'm glad I didn't continue to drive by J's Deli because this place has awesome food! From the fries and plenty of other sides and their unique sandwiches everything I've had has been very delicious. There is so much I want to and continue to try and nothing has disappointed. A favoriteof mine for pickup.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! I've been a loyal customer since Jim first opened his Deli on Mendon rd next to the salon I was working for at the time in the 90's!!! The smell of awesomeness used to literally come through the walls and by lunchtime, I couldn't wait to see what he was creating next! Now, 25 years later...he has PERFECTED his sandwiches...he uses Boars Head, so it's a little pricier....but WORTH IT!!! Order a special, and you will see! His homemade stews, soups, desserts are good too! Rice pudding! Yummm!
