I was waiting for a while for someone to take my order, but the woman who helped me was nice. The food I think it’s a bit overpriced but Still better than other fast food. The place itself is a little rundown and can use some renovating, but it is nice that there’s two floors of seating.
I purchased my food before closing. There were food options and the food tasted fresh. Noor was very genuine and welcoming and gave us excellent food suggestions. She was so kind to my family and I. The night staff were all welcoming and helpful. They made us feel comfortable, excellent service and staff!
I hadn't been here in over a year. I decided to return after to use a Tmobile Tuesday coupon for $7 off a meal. I couldn't believe how good this meal was. Broccoli and mash, three pieces dark, and corn bread. Simple, yet delicious!
Food was good. Staff was cordial. 4:30 pm, staff didnt notice they had no salt or pepper packets. Bathroom out of order and staff made no recommendation of another source.
A/C turned up if one sits too long eating.
Had to request straws for drinks. Does not serve ginger ale and was not offered a substitute -- bottle of Sprite or something from tap. They did have seltzer water on tap and offered ice.
Great restaurant to dine in very clean, fresh made food, good customer service.
Walked in on random days and got an individual meal with quarter pound chicken, tastes great and makes me feel nourished after starving at work! I love their email rewards too. So far service in store has been great. The Mac and cheese can be improved though but everything else tastes amazing!
The number of times that I have ordered mashed potatoes and gravy from this place and NOT received the gravy is incredible. Honestly, at this point, it’s my own fault for expecting there to be gravy. I would really appreciate it if someone, anyone, could please have people double check that the order is correct before completing it. Otherwise, the food is great.
ETA - Since writing this review, I have continued to be a frequent patron of this establishment. I'm delighted to say that there has been a significant improvement in the inclusion of gravy in my orders! It's always a wonderful sign when businesses take customer feedback to heart and make real changes. Review changed to 5 stars!
This is a great place to order take out. The prices aren't bad and the meals are tasty and filling.
The poor workers are stressed.

I was in Fresh Meadows shopping and stopped in the Boston Market there. It was gross behind the serving line so I turned on my heels and made a mad dash over to Forest Hills. The food here is consistent. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I'm very pleased with the quality of the food and cleanliness of the store.
