After getting recommended, I finally decided to try this place. This spot is kinda hidden, located on a busy street near burger king and BP gas station. There’s no parking near by, but there are some meter spots and a bus stop right in front of the store. It’s a hole in the wall kind of joint, but it’s definitely worth giving a shot.
We decided to play it safe, by trying the seekh kabab and naan from here. The seekh kabab is flavorful and spicy, and the naan is freshly made in the tandoor. We got the 12 kababs for $20, and 10+ naans for a $1 each.
The raita was a bit watery and seemed to have some white clumps (yogurt?). It wasn’t as spicy as I had expected but it wasn’t bad. It went well with the kabab.
The food was great overall. The staff was nice as well, but I had asked for the red/sweet sauce and they forgot to give it. I’ll be back to try their other items.
Food was good but gave 4 star for cleanliness.
Great atmosphere. Excellent food and extremely delicious menu. I came here on last Friday of the previous week with my friends to celebrate birthday of my friend we spend fantastic time at this place we had so much fun. Staff are very attentive and friendly as well. Well thanks for your great service I would love to come again.
Sunshine caterers, catered for our wedding with 250 guests. He was by far the best wedding caterer for a desi wedding. The food was fresh, hot, and prepared extremely well. He coordinated with us and our wedding coordinator, leaving us stress free for the event. Our guests raved about the food and we definitely got our money's worth. Highly highly reccomend for weddings or any event.
Very classy place and nice view.
excuse the poor hygiene, i feel queasy going to the toilet area
the food is rich and delicious pakistani fare - it's pretty good
But that's not why we come here. It's all about their Pakistani breakfast offerings. No restaurant that I know of in the tri-state area offers beef Nihari, goat Paya and Haleem all in one day in addition to their two breakfast platters of aloo channa, halwa poori and Pak omlet.
Can someone please remove the description as Indian food. Pakistan Zindabad!
Each time I'm in NYC I never missed a chance to go there. Food is great. People are friendly and polite. Servings are generous. Loved the Chai.
One of the best restaurant in Queens. Loved the food. Best varieties. We order for our party and social gatherings from here only. Excellent services and good price.
Excellent Good, I mostly love to eat here. Their Chicken biryani, goat karahi, Haleem, nihari and bbq items are great.
Environment is cozy and very friendly.
Neat and clean resturant and very hygenic.
Very good basic Pakistani menu, mixed grill platter is one of the best. It's Halal and open late, although parking could be a challenge
