-Friendly, competent staff -Good quality food for good inexpensive prices (I'd say it's fairly high quality relative to the prices) -Flexible menu that they are willing to adapt if you ask (like they do custom smoothies upon request, will change any menu item up for you) -Clean, nice interior -Nice sheltered outdoor dining option -Delivery is always fast and food arrives hot -Mostly a breakfast/lunch spot so don't expect them open late -There's usually one person on the grill, one person taking orders and making drinks so be patient at times (I often do pickup, usually going there to order, and I don't mind waiting as it's never very long, but I have seen a couple people get annoyed when they weren't served instantly) I recommend the beef bulgogi bibimbap, the crispy honey butter chicken, and the mozzarella sticks (best mozz sticks in the area in my opinion). Great smoothies too!

This place has a variety of food. We enjoy the wraps and Paninnis very much. You can get Udon soup, wings, fries, burgers, sandwiches, salads and much more. They also have coffee, tea, smoothies, bottled drinks, bagels, muffins, cookies and other baked items. It's my go-to place on my way home from work when there's no time to cook dinner at home. Prices are pretty reasonable too!

Honestly great service from Ricardo and Reina. Also between the hours of 7-11am you get a small coffee with a turkey bacon, 1 egg and cheese sandwich on either bagel or roll for $5.40. Call ahead so you aren’t waiting, if no answer, call back in a few, they will pick up. Once you are a regular they have your orders memorized!!! Off the 61st - Woodside stop of the 7 train or Q18 bus.
