Mcdonald's

I visited today and they were slammed to say the least. It appeared that they had a total of 4 people working. I overheard someone mention that 4 people had called off today. The team was busting their butt to keep things flowing. The drive thru was insanely long, and the wait inside was also pretty long, but what can you do? Either wait patiently or go elsewhere. Some of the customers seemed to be projecting their anger on to the staff which is totally unnecessary. My food was cold and subpar to say the least, but sometimes it just is what it is. I appreciate how hard the staff was working to get the food out as quickly as they could. The manager was very apologetic to everyone as she gave them their food, I could see the stress in her face. I hope that this place can get some more staff hired soon to help out. Thanks for working so hard!

During road-trip we were looking for a mean we were familiar with. At the time this location only accepted cash, which we weren’t told until we got to the register after waiting for 10+ min. Ordered four 10 piece meals and they put all 40 in one box. We have a family of 6 and again, I were traveling so having one box didn’t work for us. I requested for more boxes and they threw the biggest fit that I requested it. Tables are gross. Self serve screen isn’t clean. Wouldn’t recommend.

Dirty, dirty, dirty. Par for the course with this McDonalds. Its always dirty and the drive through takes forever. One might try the dining room, but alas it is closed. Even Mickey's in NY City are open. Obviously the franchisee for this location is a slacker. McDonalds must have zero standards to keep this store open. Guess its all about the money, not a quality product. The worst thing is there are no options in this small mountain town.

So, me and my dad and brother went to this McDonald's and ordered are food on that screen thing. After that, we waited for about 7 minutes and didn't get anything!! Also, the employee's are in the kitchen on there phone's or talking to an other employee. So my dad finally said something 🙄 👏🏽. And the order was on the order screen the whole time and no one noticed because the employee's weren't even working.😑!! Also, there were some loud teenagers in there crusing and no one did anything! Also, my brother is a 9 year old! But we got are food and got a refund for are food. Therefore, this isn't a McDonald's you want to go to at ALL!!!

Update:My husband and I went back to McDonald’s and expected the same problems. Then we were greeted with this absolutely positive voice and were surprised to meet an amazing person named Noah! Noah took our order and made sure that he had it correct. He was friendly and upbeat! Noah is a ray of sunshine! ☀️ Noah is just the type of person that this McDonald’s needs. We will be back to see if McDonald’s and Noah continues to shine! This McDonald’s has such friendly staff that it’s such a shame that it seems just unable to maintain it’s consistency. The food takes such a long time. The lines are bad, even in off hours. The food is inconsistent. Sometimes it is great. Then, we are given burgers that are raw, in the middle. Over-cooked chicken sandwiches and dry fish filets. The fries go from great to inedible. I called to warn them that they were undercooking the quarter pounders and no one would answer the phone. So, I contacted the owner online. He sent me a letter. The letter didn’t address my issues. Such terrible customer service. Such a disappointment. I wouldn’t go to this McDonald’s for three years, because of these types of problems. After the renovation things were so much better. It’s a shame to see a restaurant with such potential and a great staff go so bad.

No Stars if it was possible! Feel like I'm being robbed of a star here. Ordered on the kiosk and the kiosk said " Someone will bring your food to you". So I go to the bathroom in the mean time and it's filthy!! Waited in the lobby like the kiosk had previously mention and proceed to wait 10 to 15 minutes for a couple of small sandwiches. I'd understand if it was busy and the place was packed but it was empty but I guess the staff and floor managers love to be on their Phones! Terrible Zero star!
