I ordered a large iced mocha latte at this location. When I was finishing the last bit of it there was a peanut in the bottom of it. Obviously this was physically cross contaminated from the restaurant as I had not bought anything nor eaten anything that day. This could have killed someone with a severe peanut allergy. It also makes me think how clean is it in the food prep area to have found a nut in my coffee? Sorry but you need to do better before you hurt someone.

Seriously never had a bad experience here. The morning staff are quick. I stop by 2-3 times a week and occasionally use the app to order. Everything including the breakfast sandwiches are consistent.
Update; 7/5 The lobby was closed this morning, no signage, zero explanation and lines to the road.

Honestly this was the worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. Nothing was correct. My avocado toast was just avocado bread. The bacon I got was so burned even my dog wouldn’t eat it. Terrible.

This used to be my regular tea and treats pick up location. Lately my favorite Vanilla Chai tea ( mostly hot, sometimes iced) has been bad: inconsistent quality, inconsistent taste, prize went up, not so friendly staff...Just today ordered hot vanilla chai from drive through, it was luke warm, as I nicely drove around back to drive through, I was told that's as hot as it comes (!?) I asked money back and left unhappy, again. Disappointed.

Evening staff was terrible. I ordered a hazel nut cappuccino and they only filled my cup half way up. My sandwich was hard as a rock, when I tried calling the number provided, it went to some immature guys prank voicemail. TERRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL

This is my favorite location. I go out of my way to come to this location. My order is always correct and have never had any issues.

I'll never come back. Rude staff. Anytime I try and order a smoothie they simply say "no".
Doesn't matter if it's 6 am, 10am, or 3 pm. Always refused a smoothie no matter what at this dunkin Baskin combo. I waited 30 mins in the drive thru just to be told no and have to find other options for my kids and myself.
