Pretty average but still a good place for sushi. I noticed that the dark sauce with the cut up sprouts came with majority of the dishes. I wish they gave us a variety of sauces other than that to give us a different depth of taste.

The perfect spicy southeast asian take on sushi. Huge fan of their dishes w/citrus flavored sauces blended with thai chilis. Frequent this place pretty often. Have never had bad food, just slower service at times. Oysters shots ordered at extra spicy have the perfect kick. Seafood larb overpriced but admit flavors are spot on. Skip the fried rice. Overall, portion sizes can be inconsistent and prices are above average but have found none their equal when it comes to food.

I got there pretty late. Maybe 9:15pm. It was one of the only places still open. I wanted to get my order to go and I walked in and the place was packed which I feel is a good sign! That must mean it’s good.
They were super busy and the sign at the front said to wait. Eventually a waitress came to me and lmk the bartender usually does the pickup orders and that they are out of rice (making more, 35 minutes). That’s totally fine, I’d order stuff without rice. She was very nice and took my order and ran my card. I waited in my car since there is not a waiting area.
I came back in after 20 minutes and stood at the front for maybe 7 minutes. The waitress came over and told me that pickups are at the bar (wish their sign up front directed me where to go). The lady handed me my stuff without saying much.
I’d rate the food mediocre. Edamame is $6 for very little. The spring rolls are almost entirely rice noodles. Maybe a few carrot strips and a cucumber slice. That disappointed me the most. I also got fried soft tofu in shiitake mushroom sauce and that was pretty good.
I would consider giving this place another shot on a less busy evening. I worked in restaurants for a decade so understand a rough night and that could’ve been what it was!

their Korean bulgogi is not Korean bulgogi. It isn’t the right piece of meat usually used, and none of this is what the traditional food is. The orange is very random, and broccoli? my bf really liked their sushi though. But I really recommend not getting this or the mussel. The mussel is just Japanese mayo on top of it. But the customer service was really great. They worked super fast, despite it being so busy. The waitresses and waiters are really good at their job. 5/5

We decided to give this place a second chance as our first experience, early afternoon valentines day this year, was NOT good experience. The food was great but our service was not good at all.
Our second visit was completely different! Except food was great both times.
Hostess was very friendly and helpful. Our server, Denise, was fantastic! Very friendly and energetic. She let us know that the kitchen was running behind so food was taking longer. She also suggested a different roll than we ordered as she said many people didn't like the original one we wanted. Very happy with the suggestion! She is the reason we will return again. Thanks Denise! I hope you see this!

No complaints about the sushi! It's always good and fresh, as are the oysters and the chicken wings. It is a bit more expense than going to an all you can eat buffet, but that it to be expected. The happy hour specials are the best way to get delicious food for a better price. Will return!

I came to Tango Sushi at the invitation of a good friend and colleague who has been coming here for years, and after my visit, I can understand why.
The restaurant is unassuming, but welcoming and filled with an energy of positivity and personal flare. Don't let the looks fool you into thinking this is any old mall restaurant though... My experience was top-notch.
The staff were helpful and polite, taking our order quickly and efficiently while maintaining a good balance of attentiveness and distance throughout the meal.
The food was divine. The sushi was fresh, textures were perfect, and the flavors rich and thoughtful. At the suggestion of my friend, we had the sashimi dinner platter, frog leg soup, spicy octopus rolls, and tofu appetizers. Each dish was carefully prepared, beautifully arranged, and unique with a sense that it was made with love and care.
I would highly recommend Tango Sushi for anyone looking to find high-quality sushi at affordable prices in a relaxed and comfortable environment. 💙

Went here for Valentine's day and was not impressed at all. When we walked in they asked us to put on masks on which is fine but we didn't bring them in. I asked if they had some and they said no. I went to get ours in the car but why would you require it but not have some on hand for paying customers?
Took forever for someone to come give us water or take our orders. More time passed and we had to wave down our waitress Nyiaj to get water. She slammed our glasses down as if she was annoyed we were asking her to do her job.
We placed our order and while we were waiting what felt like a lifetime, I saw the hostess seating down two parties that did not have masks on. I was a little irritated that she didn't treat every customer the same way. Our orders came out one by one and our last sushi roll, I had to ask when it was going to be done. She said she will check. The table that came after us got all their food before us. Don't you work on one ticket at a time? They did end up not charging us for that last roll but that's not the point. The food was mediocre at best. The highlight was not the sushi but the raw oysters.
I will never eat here again or recommend it to anyone. That is all.
