Leeann Chin

I've been going to this location for the last decade and the last couple times we've gone, the food has been dry, overcooked or it's been sitting under the heat lamp for far too long. It's been my go to source for eating out. Both hubby and I ended up throwing out nearly the entire meal. Noodles, bourbon chicken and lemon chicken. The lemon chicken was good. Threw out everything else. Was a sad day for me.

Ordered online for take out. They don't acknowledge your presence when you go in and you end up waiting for everyone in line to get served before they put your order together, so if there is a constant flow of people coming in you have to wait until no one is left in the store before your order is put together. Waited a half hour last time, waiting right now for 15 minutes and no one has yet to even look at me let alone ask what I am here for. This will be the last time Leeann Chins gets my money.

This has got to be one of our favorite Leeann chin restaurants to go to. The people working are always friendly and the space is always clean. I love the colors on the walls and how warm and inviting it is to dine in. When we are unsure of what we are wanting to order, they are always patience and happily give us a sample of whatever we are wondering about. The restrooms have always been clean and stocked. I like that they have a small outside eating area for when the weather is nice. That is not something that is at a lot of Leeann chin restaurants. I would recommend this place if you are in the area and have a hankering for Chinese food!

I ordered mixed veggies and the guy working said “they’re almost done, it’ll just be 2 minutes”. 10 minutes later I asked about them and explained that I work in healthcare and need to get back to take care of patients. The same guy yelled back to the cook asking about the veggies. The cook was confused, because obviously he didn’t have them cooking. I informed them I couldn’t wait any longer as my break was over. I asked for a refund and some how none of the workers or manager knew how to process a refund. They tossed some veggie oil for about 5 seconds and offered them to me, uncooked. I refused the undercooked food. So I had to leave to return back to work, with no food, and no refund!!! If the guy had said they don’t have any cooking, I would’ve gone somewhere else, but they wasted my entire lunch break, and didn’t issue me a refund.

Terrible experience. Me and my mom came into the restaurant and ordered a large order to go. The person who helped us, Chuck, seemed rushed to get our order together he forgot the fried rice but did give us white rice in which we didn't ask for. All of our food was crammed into one bag leaving no room for some of the items. We did not get any fortune cookies and when my mom asked for chop sticks he gave us 1. Knowing we had just ordered for 5 people. So irritated. Oh, also, no appetizer sauce for our 12 pc cream cheese wontons. I feel if this man's job is too stressful and can't give good customer service, then maybe this job isn't cut out for him. I'm not sure I'll be finding myself at this location for food ever again.
