Something has changed. The counter service is superior and the pizza tastes amazing. I have not been there is a long time but now I am going to be there more often.
My order was ready when I walked in. Staff was quick friendly and professional. My order was correct and next time my pizza is free thanks to their rewards program so as long as they keep offering online deals and rewards I'll choose then over the others every day.
Ordered for pickup today, upon arrival after around 15 mins my pizza was not even in the oven for whatever reason. I was in no rush, so I just waited out calmly in the store, minding my own business until until my order was ready, showing no complains, no sad face whatsoever. Without any words about it, when my order got ready, instead of calling my name at the counter, the gentleman brought my pizza in the customer area and handed it to me, then offered me a free drink. Can't feel more satisfied with his level of professionalism and thoughtfulness. The pizza itself was also great: a decent amount of toppings on their delicious crunchy crust. Definitely found my new favorite Dominos branch in my neighborhood. Thank you, Gentleman whose name I forgot to ask! :)

I always have a good experience from ordering here. The only thing they mess up sometimes they don’t put the garlic seasoning on the crust, but the pizza is still good. I’ve never had them mess up my order either.
We order from Dominos about once a month, as a special family treat. Today's pizza was the best we've ever had! The ingredients were fresh and the pizza was cooked to perfection. Our very picky toddler even ate more than usual. When you can make a small child happy, you know you've done something extraordinary. Thanks for the great dinner.
Store Owner should be ashamed! 2 teenagers running the store. 26 orders ahead of me. Then when I asked if I could just pick up my order instead I was told my order would cost more! Plus my card would have a double charge on it for a few days. I have ordered from this location for 20 years on a very regular basis. I will look elsewhere. Your delivery personnel are great but your customer service is appalling since you choose to leave it in the hands of inexperienced, overworked teenagers with no customer service experience.

Ordered a large hand tossed pizza with sausage peppers and onions. With online deal..$7.99..curbside pickup. It was ready in less than 15 minutes. I txtd at curb..flashed my lights and was home in 5 minutes. By far it was one of the best pizzas I've gotten. It was perfect. Thanks Mapledale Dominoes. We'll be back.
