I have been to Garwoods many times, but today my drink surpassed all drinks I’ve had here before… I got a cold brew espresso martini made by Sonya (who is an excellent bartender/server, and so friendly!). The drink was made with locales brewed coffee from Lucas (check them out, too!), and topped with whipped Baileys foam. I believe that it is going on the summer menu, but just ask for it! Yum! Also- sit outside because the view is great.

Great dinner overlooking lake
Sat outside on the downstairs deck - wonderful lake view on relaxing early evening. Shared the Caesar salad and 5-spice salmon entree - delicious and lite. Penny Island cocktail was their version of a Vodka mule. Delicious! Wine selection was good too. Service was terrific by server, “Aedan”, and our busser “Kenzie”. Both made the dinner fun - friendly conversation and prompt service. Will return and would recommend!

It was the only option open on the Monday following the 4th of July. This resulted in some items being unavailable as they were very busy; however, we were seated right away. Our seat was on the deck almost level with the lake. We had a beautiful view. Our server was awesome! She knew the menu in detail and provided honest input. Wine and beer were good although my Malbec pours were a tad short. Appetizers, pasta and burger that we had were all excellent. Definitely recommend it!

I loved the N.Y. strip steak. It was excellent, they knew how to properly season, wth blue cheese sauce. My husband has a chicken and pasta dish that was excellent as well. We will definitely be returning

Great location on the shore of the lake in downtown Wolfeboro. We ate from their lunch menu. I had a burger and my hubby a salmon sandwich; we shared the roasted red pepper hummus. Everything was delicious and served with chips...no fries. Wonderful service.

Bag ‘o Bread! Garwoods is a safe bet for reasonably good service and food. The restaurant is clean and offers a variety of choices. We’ve eaten here on several occasions and the experience has been very consistent.
Oh, also, if you ask for bread, you’ll get it in a brown paper bag. Um…. Ok.

Just came off of a big ride on the Cotton Valley Rail Trail and needed a nice lunch. I was looking for a cold drink so we got the Garwood Punch! Great drink! I had the buffalo tenders and she had the Butternut Squash Ravioli salad. Both were what we exactly wanted!

Finally restaurant's getting staff to open. I was beginning to the every one in the lakes region were so we'll off they didn't need to work. Thankfully the very pleasant UNH Biology freshmen is working her way through college. We enjoyed a great al fresco lunch dockside on Winnie. We'll be back.
