We really enjoyed our trip here! I highly recommend trying this restaurant. Really good typical pub food - the chicken fingers, 1/2 lb burgers, and fries were really good. Others in my party had a chicken salad and pizza and enjoyed it. The waitress tried to talk me into the 1/2 pound away from the 1/4 lb burger and I should have listened, wasn't a fan of that patty. I also was nervous with some reviews on wait times and we expected a long wait for food, we arrived at 7pm on Friday and had our food within 10 minutes, it was super fast. The best part was feeding the fish/turtles afterwards. That was SO MUCH FUN! My kiddos loved it. At first there were no fish and we were nervous, but soon a ton showed up. Definitely worth the trip and we will be back again.

One of the best restaurant experiences I've had in a long time. I ordered the bluegill basket and had the best fish I've ever had. The bluegill were fried to perfection. I'm not even kidding when I say that it was perfectly fried. A great golden brown. I got the tater tots and they were also just as crispy and just as golden brown.
Call ahead and get a reservation so you can sit outside on the deck. you can feed the fish and then turtles and have a great experience. There's giant carp, catfish, turtles That come up and eat the fries and food you throw at them. That's very cool to see The kids loved it.
My mother ordered a half order of the Loaded Nachos appetizer and it was extremely huge. The kids ordered the grilled cheese and absolutely loved it. It was loaded with cheese and one of the best cheese toasties I've ever seen. My son is in love with a hamburger that they offer as well. My wife got the chicken wings and thought they were excellent. Every single person ate their plate until it was clean.
We got the loaded fries appetizer and although they were really good the portion size is smaller than expected. Not to mention we waited awhile to get drinks then to order then it took a really long time for appetizers to come out. The food is good and the service is really friendly but slow. They weren't even very crowded. I will visit again to get a better review and take pictures on the lake.
Got the bluegill. Quite good. Friendly staff, large outdoor seating area, got to look at a bunch of turtles and carp. Even saw a blue heron fly by. Nice place for lunch.
Stayed at a nearby AirBnB and chose this as our dinner the first night. Called ahead for pickup and our food was great. The mushroom fries were very good!
Great food... and plenty of it! Friendly but it took at least an hour to get our food. If you have plenty of time, it is well worth it.
What a great bartender...feisty lil red head is awesome
