We had a scrumptious meal at Roots!! Our server was very attentive and efficient. We got the loaded mac n cheese (cheesy capitani pasta, pulled pork, bacon) all done just right and full of flavor, also stuffed meatloaf (ground beef with ham and mozzarella and tomato sauce rolled in the middle) which was yummy with garlic mashed potatoes. We saved some of our entrees for tomorrow so we would have room to split a piece of homemade brown sugar cream pie. Definitely recommend this gem of a restaurant!! We'll be back!
Passing through, heading back home, to Chicago from a wedding and decided to stop in and grab lunch. Spontaneous decision. Overall, awesome spot!!! Food was delicious. Stuffed mushrooms are A MUST!! Delicious. I also recommend the “jalapeño “ beer. Our server, Andrea , was such a doll! If we ever pass through again we would definitely go again. Thank you for great food and wonderful service
We have never been to this place but we are now on the road from Watseka, IL to Wolcott in order try it.
Why are we travel so far, you might ask? I have given serious consideration to all of the reviews. They are almost ALL positive.

All in All, from everything I can see about the place and it's staff, it looks very promising
First time coming here food was very good. Highly recommend going here. Very friendly staff, and did I mention the food was great. Everything I tried was very tasty. I live 30 minutes away, and well worth the drive. Gotta go check out this gem.

Very nice farm-to-table place with amazing food! I came to get the gourmet burger or the pork, but was immediately smitten with the Asian shrimp stir fry that was the special for the evening. I did not go wrong! Too bad this place is so far from Fort Wayne (for me anyway, maybe not for the people of Western Indiana)!
I was in a party of 10 and the bartender and servers treated everyone with respect and helped with any issues we had. Orders took a bit but it was reasonable for our large party. 10/10 service and would gladly show back up.
