Great place for South Indian food. Lack of healthy competition is increasing prices of the dishes here. The food quality is still reliable. The restaurant is usually crowded and online orders usually take 1-1.5 hour.
We found it’s best to come down with order in mind rather than spend time here to come up with an order
The babubali thali was one of the highlights but lately lost it’s charm likely due to price increase to $150 for strictly 5 people. We liked the weekday or weekend buffet that has good amount of items for comparatively decent price.

Never seen a veg Manchurian gravy dish all dried out and burnt this way. The veg fried rice and chitoor noodles tastes like tomato rice. This is the worst place to buy Indian food. This is our third time experiencing such poor quality from this place. It is clever how they pack ruined food to take out customers since it is hard for customers to come back and show them how they cheat us. Is it ridiculous how a restaurant would expect a customer to pay for this type of food.
GODAVARI- if You can’t cook take the dish off your menu and stop fooling customers.

Totally disappointed with the food here . We ordered menu item call raju gari chicken fry biryani and gongura mutton biryani both were disastrous. I don’t think that would be called biryani after waiting for an hour we got something like this . I think it was full of garam masala , chillipowder and rice was soggy . I even told the guy who took ordered and saying it was their standard level of spice. Any one who comes from south india is well aware of these tastes better they know what you serve. Posting the picture of the so called biryani .

This is the 2nd time I was here. My first experience was so so. Second time around they seemed to have done better. Guntur Idli is different and a must try. Chicken 555, Hyderabad tawa fish was pretty good too. Chole is better than most other places. You should try their tea and filter coffee.
Reason for 4 stars. We called to reserve the table and they said we should be fine as they always have table available and that they don’t take reservations. We drove one hour to come there and then had to wait 45 min for the table. You guys should change the policy and value other’s time. It doesn’t hurt to take reservations and plan better.

Head here if you want your fix of good South Indian cuisine. Their buttermilk is fantastic and so is the chikoo milkshake. Another drink worth trying is the Masala Limca soda.
From our experience, we’d suggest skipping soup here. Go for the appetizers and the entrees. Mini idlis are a favorite and easy to snack on. The dosas are standard fare. Dosas are good no doubt, it just stays good, doesn’t go in the excellent category.
I’m being picky here but the Rasam was made extra hot for no reason. I’d rather have the spice hit come from black pepper than red chillies.
Overall, for the price you pay, it is a good meal. And one more thing, they’ve done an upgrade on their cutlery. You’ll know when you get there.

Starters and dosa were good.
Mutton Biryani could be better.
Pretty busy usually.
Service charge 18% is pretty high for 5 people.

Tried tiffins - mylapore karampodi dosa and ulavacharu mini idly. Powder in the dosa is great. A bit spicy too, spice lovers will enjoy. Idly was nicd too. Chutneys and sambhar were also good. Cut mirchi was served without onions though it was mentioned otherwise in the menu. Had a back and forth with the staff to get it right.
